The controls are fluid amd the graphics are great.

Loyalists of the series will rejoice or cringe in terror at the return of the armor durability stat, mercifully they can't break, simply stop protecting you. So far, so good. Adventure on!

The game lacks the depth that other elder scrolls game have, which is to be expected. It can be fun with a group of people however and has a lot of strong points when played as a group.

Bought this game because I heard it was a fun online RPG. It was fun and I still play it every once in a while when I have to urge to play something other than first person shooters.

Great game with plenty of single player and multiplayer quests and dungeons to go through. With your Gold account the game that you buy doesn't come with a monthly charge, though the $15 per month will net you access to its multiple expansions and other goodies. If you are able you can always save up the monthly stipend of crowns given to you and purchase the expansions with those crowns so you can still retain your access even after removing the subscription. Huge game world with plenty of content to keep you busy for hours on end.

Really I'd give this 3.5 stars. It's slightly better than I had hoped for. A lot of races, but only 4 classes is a bit lame. Only one class for each role (tank, healer, melee DPS, Ranged DPS). Still too many issues that shouldn't exist after two years. Questing is good, HUD is clean, combat is going to be personal preference. Here is my biggest issue - I am a veteran of WoW for ~10 years, so I have a pretty good idea on how an MMO works, but this game doesn't give instructions how to do simple things. I don't need a tutorial how to move and do combat, but it would be nice to know how to replace a group member who has quit, or how to leave PvP zone. Dungeons are alright, but feel too much like whack away for 5 minutes until boss dies. Also, good luck actually completing one, a lot of quitters and people who don't really know what they are doing. I wasn't a huge Oblivion or Skyrim player, so can't comment much on the lore/Elder Scrolls tie in. I don't mean to sound like an Elitist because I truly am not one. I really just want to find the next great MMO, and while this is a good time-filler, it's not great.

Not your typical Elder Scroll game but it is fun. Yes, you don't have to pay a monthly subscription and it works well for the console. This is still a work in progress but good.

This is a fun game to pass time. I love the big open world with online play that allows you to play with other people in the game. Tons of missions and quests as you go.

I haven't dug too deep into this game, but it plats just like an Elder Scrolls game. Don't really see the MMO aspect of it, besides seeing other characters and PvP.

Pretty much just ESO but for consoles. So if you enjoyed on pc, you will enjoy it here. Seems to have a bit more latency issues than we have on pc only downside

I bought TESTU after almost wearing out my copy of Skyrim. Past the intro level it is a little hard to find mission that fit your level but its still really fun.

Interacting with others online in a RPG that has a tremendous amount of adventures makes this very entertaining with no end due to adding more content frequently.

I've played the last three iterations of the Elder Scrolls (Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim) and absolutely love the way I can become immersed in the sprawling world. My only negative about those games was there was no social aspect to it - single player only. Now with Elder Scrolls Online (ESO for the in-crowd) you get all the great features of the previous Elder Scrolls saga with an MMORPG social setting, complete with a vast trading system, innumerable quests and a large PVP realm where you can match wits with 10 year-olds that can take this 30-something guy to school! Don't delay - buy today!
