Amazing graphics easy to use so realistic I would definitely recommend

Very realistic game. Took a bit to learn how to play the game but it's ver good and real life. I suck on here as bad as i do on the course...lol Courses are very realistic and the sounds are just like you're on the course.

PS4 user: Comparing this to the old Tiger Woods golf games, it isn't great. I was really surprised how bad the characters look for a game coming out in 2019. They look like a 9 year old graphic designer put them together with Adobe crayons. No realism at all. Same with the spectators. They didn't want to waste a lot of time/money paying developers to create detail? Were trying to make it old school or hokey? The lack of realism is very similar to the old TW games from 15 years ago and my guess is they are using a 10+ year old engine from EA. PS4 has the processing power to run better graphics than this, it does on all other games. I guess that keeps it cost effective. Courses: They are decent layouts, no complaints here. Not really sure why some of them are set up like a 400 yard putt putt course but it makes it interesting. The auto caddie isn't very intuitive:)! You'll see. Controls: Similar to the newer TW controls but no option to use the "X" button to stop a/the old school meter. Again, not really a hard option to add for the old schoolers that would use that format for swinging. Putting is not great. You can't change the distance of the putter which is over 100 feet. So if you have a 25 foot putt it is all guess work even when you figure out where the 25% take back is at because if you take it back to slow of fast, it changes the distance. Pretty difficult but so is real putting. It is also very difficult to get anything less than a 100% shot. When you need 80%, good luck, it gets to 100% no matter what with a PS4 controller. Maybe a PC would be better. Rough: Different every time no matter what you think. This was a big miss. You can hit the same shot in the same % rough depth multiple times and it is going to be different every time. Many times not even close as far as distance or contact/movement left/right. One of the bigger misses. Big Misses: There are scenes on the green while putting when (remember, 3rd party and the the camera is watching you from behind as you shoot, it isn't 1st person where you are standing over the ball and putter) the sun is glaring off your players putter and the glare won't allow you to see contour of the green or where your putter is in the backswing so you can't judge distance. Why? I have no idea why they would put sun "glare" on the putter when you are supposed to be watching from a camera view from 10 feet behind the shot in an arcade game. They also use shadows on greens to do this. I've never played golf before where the sun/shadows blinds my view of the ball when I am putting. Developers must have thought it would be a good option. Nope. All in all......it's okay. Where are you at EA? Make another great golf game!!

Good game, I enjoy playing it. Graphics are great, but the commentary(announcers) could use some improvement. They need to get some Golf Channel announcers on board.

Descent game. Not as good as Rory McElroy PGA and the commentary is below average. Graphics are nice, overall a pretty good golf game for the price.

Nice game. It sparked my love of golf games again and just in time for pga 2k21 golf game to come out. I bought that one and really love it. Nothing wrong with this game but the 2k21 game is quite an upgrade if you want to pay a few extra dollars for a better game. The downside to this one is that the career mode is not deep with not many if any real guys. Upside is game mechanics and controls are easy. It is Also challenging and takes some time to get the hang of making good shots. Overall Fun to play.

I really like the sense of realness to this game, once you make a swing there’s no influence you can give to the ball mid-flight. Also the putting is pretty challenging (real-life), so it keeps you on your toes each putt. 2 things I don’t like: 1) you cannot change your in-game name, it only carries over your PS name, which doesn’t quite look realistic when you see your name on the leaderboard. And 2) there are no real pros, so you can’t see yourself going up against real life competitors. Other than that, fun game to play!

I recommend this game for fans of golf. This is a good addition to the Golf Club series of games. The new PGA Tour mode will allow you to play in the Web.com tour, PGA tour and Fed Ex cup Playoffs. There appears to be an abundance of courses to play on and the ability to create your own course is a nice addition. Character customization is also available. Graphics are decent but the water graphics could use some work. Gameplay is fun but the putting takes some getting used to .

This was a good golf game. The graphics were great and you can set the difficulty on the game to be really hard. That was good because it could be as easy or hard as you wanted it to be.

This is your typical golf game, but the quality of the graphics and the challenge to hit the perfect ball what makes this game different. You really feel you are at the course. They have license from PGA Tour, but unfortunately, not the license from the major tournament courses or the players. Though getting to play TPC Scottsdale for the WM Phoenix Open with its iconic 16th hole, that raises the bar for other golf games. If they could come to an agreement with the PGA Tour players association for next version, you could be actually playing the real players on the tour. I really like this game.

Picked this up during lockdown, it's the only thing keeping me sane. It's easy to connect with friends and surprisingly tough. Worth the pick up if you're looking to play golf with some friends.

This game is a steal for $20 . the controls graphics and game play are all on point. I recommend this game to anybody that is a fan of golf or just likes video games

Great game! Realistic scenery. Plenty of courses. Can play on or offline. More difficult to play than my old PS2. No breaks given...putting is the hardest. I love it!

I recently purchased this product to play on my son's PS4. This game was priced well, but the overall quality of the game is not that great especially compared to Madden and NBA2K. Its not that easy for beginners to just pick up and play, although the game will teach you how to play if you take the time. Fun game for adults but my son could care less about it.

Very nice graphics, game play is good. Takes some adjusting to find the touch on putting. Looking forward to online play.

I got the itch for a golf game recently, and was missing the old Tiger Woods games.. this certainly scratched the itch! Graphics are great and the gameplay is great as well. It seems to have a bit of a learning curve to get the perfect shot for each situation, and judging how hard to hit the ball to sink that birdie putt. I consider that a good thing! The course selection also seems good, I haven’t seen it all yet, but the selection online makes the possibilities endless! If you’re in the market for a golf game this is it. Especially if you can get a good deal on it.

Really great golf game. Fairly difficult to master, but not impossible. The commentary is a little annoying.

Perfect for the quarantine right now. I've had all my friends buy also from Best Buy because of the price. We play against each other almost every night.

This game takes a while to master but is a blast once learned. Many unique courses to try.
