If you love ICO and Shadow of the Colossus then you should play this too since its from the same dev.

This game has a good story line and the graphics are amazing. But the game itself is pretty slow moving. Lots of puzzles to figure out and takes a lot of thought to get through the game.

Excellent platformer and you will grow attached to your giant pet that helps you through the levels.

A different kind of game from most, but wonderful to get lost in the story and enjoy the experience.

If you liked Ico and Shadow of the Colossus you like this as well.

The very long development period for this game took its toll on this unique game but still turned out very good with a great story. Controls can sometimes be a little wonky but all in all an enjoyable game.

Beautiful aesthetic, mostly comfy atmosphere. Some of the puzzles will get you focused, but overall more on the relaxing side. Not perfect by any means, but still worth your time if you enjoy puzzles and digital scenery.

The game has its moments, puzzles were good as well as graphics and environments, but not enough action for my liking and camera gets fussy at times, other than those the game was okay.

good product great condition the game play was amazing do wish the game was longer though and that trico was more moveable like press x to switch from the boy to trico rather than having the boy yell at trico to do certain things

Such beautiful game and a wonderful story line. The game does have some annoying bugs though.

Gameplay reminds me of ICO, game is so beautiful. Some game mechanic issues but its worth it.

Choppy controls can be frustrating but a solid experience

The final chapter in the ICO trilogy, The Last Guardian harkens back to that minimalistic, story-driven puzzle gameplay that the first two games displayed. Trico's AI was the most dynamic and realistic behavioral patterns I've ever seen from a digital creature, with him practically having a mind of his own in personality and in cooperating with the main character. He makes for almost a living breathing pet as you have to work with him to solve the many puzzles this game has to offer. Sadly, the game play takes a bit of a hit with the often frustrating camera angles, the game seems to get stuck on some spots that you can't shake off too well. Moreover, if you're not playing on the Pro, the framerate judders a bit too much in my opinion. Still, it was a very solid last entry.

The team behind this game also made the visionary games: "ICO" and "Shadow of the Colossus" easily two of my favorite games for the PS2 and they were re-mastered for the PS3. I gave the game four stars because some of the puzzles with your companion pet were frustrating, I'd have to recommend this game for older players 15 and up.

As a long time gamer and someone that loved Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, The Last Guardian is right up there. The story is great! The only negative is the occasional issue with the camera, but I guess that is to be expected with two characters that are so different in size
