The Last Guardian - PlayStation 4

I just started playing the game overall the game is fun the story is beautiful my only problem is the controls for the character are clunky other than that no complaints

If you played and enjoyed Ico and Shadow of the Colossus then this is a must buy/play. It is stylistically amazing to look at, puzzles are very fun to figure out, and the story with play with your emotional spectrum. Only thing that was slightly frustrating was the controls but you get used to them.

Its a great game but AI, controls and camera will frustrate you. Not a single one of them are reliable and it really takes you out of the game when you're fighting to accomplish the simplest tasks. Other than that, the world and story is about what you'd expect from Team ICO. Worth the wait but I would've waited longer for polish if it meant they'd fix the issues I mention above.

I'll be completely honest, I wanted to love this game. It's gorgeously animated and has a simple but sweet story of friendship that will put plenty of smiles on your face. Those smiles will often fade, however, when you're forced to deal with the clunky controls and frustrations of trying to get your feathery beast companion to do what you want. The controls I can somewhat forgive considering I played and thoroughly enjoyed this team's previous effort Shadow of the Colossus. I expected the same type of floaty somewhat spastic animations from the character lol. But I know lots of people will take issue with it and the often difficult camera. 4 stars may seem generous, but I think some people will be impressed despite the flaws and for others, it will be too much to handle.

This game is more unique and not as fast paced as most game genres out there. I mean that in a good way. You play a boy who discovers a mythical creature and form a bond with it. There are small but easy puzzles to be solved as you progress to new areas. Your creature can help you access points to solve puzzles. The visuals are stunning, camera angles are smooth, buttons very simple. Exlpore the environment at your own pace it's very beautiful. Story line is great. If your a fan of Ico (ps2 game)this game is definitely similar. It's title screen loading time might take 3 or 4 mins when you first put in the game thats probably because its a ps3 reboot. Everything else loads smoothly really no delay and will not affect gameplay.
