This game is a long time coming, but ICO should've waited a little longer to fix issues... Nice game, great visuals, good (weird) story, but the gameplay has major issues. Camera angles SUCK and controlling "the beast" equally sucks! Ending was pretty good though! I just hope ICO makes another Shadow of the Colossus! Probably will take 10 years to make. LOL!

The creators of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus have delivered again. This game is incredible. Visuals are top notch and the story is well paced.

I went into this game without looking at the reviews and had fairly high expectations. There was a strong start, but the mechanics of the game stop you in your tracks. I spent the whole game just waiting for the next cutscene and towards the end I was hoping for it to be over. That said, I still have to give it high marks because the story of this game is unbelievable and had me physically emotional and had to partially forgive the mechanics.

This was one of my most anticipated games ever. And it really is a great game, but it isn't without its flaws. It is beautiful, and Trico feels like a real animal. And some interesting puzzles too. But it can be really frustrating at times. Things like camera angles and climbing Trico are a bit clunky. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you are a fan of Shadow of the Colossus or Ico.

This game is really cool. I had a blast solving the puzzles. Pretty cool graphics too.

Fans of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus will appreciate this new game with plenty of heart. But the poor controls may put off others.

One of the most beautiful and engaging games out there. Even though flawed by bad controls, The story and interations are flat out amazing.

If you've played any of Team ICO's previous games, you really don't need to play this. This is a beautiful game, but with so much frustration that it's not worth playing. When you know what to do, but the animal won't do it, the game is just terrible. I'm a big fan of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, I still have the originals on PS2, and I have the remastered collection on PS3... however, as soon as I finished this game I sold it.

A large sweeping journey starting a boy and his part-dog, part-bird, part-cat friend. Light on dialog, the story is told through the scenery, character interactions and puzzle solving. Controls can be quite finicky, but for some reason it makes sense - when has your mythological bird dog cat ever listened to you when you tried to tell it what to do? Great characters, you will become deeply attached to Trico and the boy.

Loved Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. Very unique games. This game is more of the same great art direction. The dog bird can be very frustrating at first, but keep at it.

Just a fun game to explore, think through puzzles, and ride a dragonish creature.

Like Team ICO's other works, The Last Guardian manages to be a beautiful experience that takes you and a companion through a mysterious and foreboding ruin. The minimalist design these games are famous for continues to shine through here and the sense of camaraderie you feel as you and your animal companion traverse the world is hard to match in the world of gaming. Controlling Trico is a bit of a challenge but it's worth it.

I really like the story, and the design of this game. I have completed the game five times. In this world, Trico and I work together to find a way out. It's all about teamwork. When I play the game, I treat Trico like my own pet. I give him directions, pet him when he's hurt, give him positive feedback when he does something right. Somehow it works really well. It is not for everybody, but the story is really amazing and unforgettable.

the camera and ai are the enemy but when it works its good

I'm about 6 hours in and I'm super loving this game. I can't speak for the entire game, but I love everything about it so far.

If your a fan of Shadow of the Colossus or Ueda's games, you will find similar game play and the environment fits into the story. It's not a difficult game, but more of just playing to enjoy the journey of the boy and Trico as they find their way out of the environment. The game play consist of solving puzzles as in altering and navigating through the environment. A PS4 exclusive game.

I waited long just to have this game be released and it was well worth it. Although the creature can get annoying the bond between you two grows through the end.

The Last Guardian is a game that is very story driven. However, it will be up to the player to decide how they interpret the events and what happens. This means that some people who normally like these types of games might inherently dislike this one. That's ok, the gameplay is still fun and the scenery in the game is cool. Some of the mechanics some might find frustrating, but it was nothing I wasn't okay with. All in all, I found this game to be fantastic.

This Game made me cry so much. The level of effort that was put in the AI of this game is insane. Controls are amazing and responsive. The graphics are kinda insane specially on PS4 PRO. I mean this game is just too much for us to handle. We waited 6 years for this or even more. It was even supposed to be on ps3 but they chaned some plans and started from scratch again. The Wait was so worth it! such an incredible game in a small package with a great value.

This game was long awaited and it is difficult to see where all the time went. There are lots of bugs but there is still a rewarding experience to be found.
