Controls can really plague what is a great EXPERIENCE. As a game, the controls should be a lot more polished. Definitely a lot more bearable to play on a PS4 Pro, but still worth a shot. Definitely worth a buy for those who enjoyed Ico and SotC.

This game is so unique in that there aren't enemies constantly trying to kill you. You spend a lot of time trying to get a huge animal to follow you and protect you, while solving puzzles and experiencing epic sequences. This game has had most of my attention over the last few weeks. The game is gorgeous.

Do not pick this up if you dont like slow paced puzzlers. Its a gorgeous game, and you feel the bond between the boy and the creature, but it is SO slow. Luckily, I got it as part of a BTGO deal, and BB was running a trade in special for it so I got more back for it than I paid. Used that to get AC Ezio.

Fun platform game with AMAZING visuals and a very interesting relationship development with the large cat like creature who helps you. I find it very satisfying specifically as an animal lover.

however, not at full purchase. i was fortunate enough to buy this game during the buy 2 get 1 free promo last year in dec. 2016. overall, the game is quite short at 7 hours at most on first playthrough, with the average at 8 or 9 depending on difficulty. this game is not reminiscent of team ico's previous games (shadow of the colossus or ico), however, after years in development, it is great to have at least one of their games on a current gen system. the movement of the character can be challenging in terms of sensitivity in where you want to direct the creature. in conclusion, its a good game, but definitely not at full price or even half. 19.99 or lower.

I enjoy all sorts of games. There are days I just want to do puzzles and follow a story. This is one of those. You have to figure out how to get through old ruines with a beasts and how to communicate with it. It is a relaxing puzzle game.

Yes, this game has great rendering, great graphics, and an ok storyline, however it's too short. My son and I played about 10 hours total and completed it. Shadow of the Colossus (remade on PS4) is the better game of the series. Even ICO outshines this. The story is just too short and not as immersive as the first two games. It is worth collecting though. Years from now this game will be rare, hard to find, and possibly go for a lot on re-seller sites. This game though is better played right after Shadow of the Colossus so you understand what has happened in the previous game.

Ultimate companion puzzle game, it isnt for the weak hearted. lol

This game is a great showcase for HDR for those that have a HDR enabled tv. The game itself is good but it's not for everybody. The controls kind of suck and unless you are a fan of SOTC from back in the day then you may not enjoy this.

Enjoyed this game very much but I do have to say that it's not for everyone. It's short, very character driven and the platforming can be a little wonky. I enjoyed it but I recommend you watch a video review before you buy.

Definitely unlike any other game out there. However despite the game's beautiful atmosphere and heart felt character interactions, it has camera issues on the regular PS4 and the controls will turn off a lot of people. Not worth full price.

Awesome storyline. The way the story is told keeps you intrigued. Pretty fun game to play and nice to look at. This is definitely a game for everyone. My only complaint is that ending was too open ended for my taste but it didn't take away from the story at all. Play this game at least once!!

This is the best game I've played ever.The story is amazing and makes you feel for the boy and his guardian Trico.The end is simply breathtaking and you feel for Trico when he has to fight his own kind and the horrible things done to this character you will grow to love.A must buy for everyone.

From the same makers of Ico and Shadow, Last Guardian has a big reputation to live up to. Picked it up after waiting so long for it to go on sale and finally bit at $30 after GCU. Looking forward to it as a summer project.

This is a fun game, especially if you are a fan of the movie.

I wanted to love this game so much but with the terrible controls and the AI with a mind of it's own; the frustration beat out the wonderful moments in this game.
