Never really played it on the PS3 but I was glad I did on the PS4. Great Story With Characters You Can Get Attached To , Great Remastered Graphics. Fun, Thriller , Horror , Adventure, Shooter using cunning and wits this game keeps you interested to the end and after a good multiplayer game online with people you know makes this even greater

The story, characters, gameplay, setting, etc, etc. I love this game so much. Even comes with the dlc which is phenomenal as well and I loved playing as Ellie. Graphics still hold up (played on ps4 pro), and all in all is a must buy. If you have a PlayStation and never played this game then shame on you.

This is one of the best games of all time. The Remastered edition is even better with enhanced sound and graphics and frame rate. It also includes the excellent story expansion, Left Behind. Naughty Dog is the master of its trade. Never have I ever been so blown away by a game again and again. The Last of Us is a darker and more serious game than Uncharted but they kick you right in the nuts with their story and gameplay. Its fantastic. You dont want to miss a moment and the graphics you see at 60 fps is just stunning.

TLOU feels like you're in a movie when you play it. The periods of action are intense, causing you to truly be "on edge". The story is interesting, though not terribly original (classic zombie apocalypse story). The variety of weapons and the reliance on strategy make this game more in-depth than a simple shooter like some of the military games. Overall, fantastic!

I had never heard of this game, until I saw the 2nd one advertised. Word of mouth from friends also piqued my interest. The graphics, voice acting and action are great. Missions can be easy to very difficult. Some take some thinking and planning to accomplish. 10/10

My 21 year old son requested this game plus The Last of Us part 2. These are combat type games with a story line. My son enjoys playing both games a lot and says the graphics and the story line are good. Two thumbs up for both games in this series.

If you're looking at this, you know The Last Of Us. I lost my PS3 and purchased a PS4 not too long ago, and this was one of the first games that I felt upset losing. Even over my 3 playthroughs and time put into multiplayer (for someone who doesn't typically like multiplayer, it was a great deal), I was bummed knowing I wouldn't be able to play this game again for a good while. As soon as the Remastered edition was announced, I traded in all my PS3 games and ordered it ASAP, and by Joe does it not disappoint. It's actually really fun just to swap back and forth between 30 and 60fps to see how big of a difference it makes, and it's HUGE. The game feels (and looks) much smoother overall. I booted into a multiplayer match my first time just to see how it looked gameplay-wise, and was blown away by how responsive everything had become, and was surprised by how much I liked using the new and wonderful triggers on the Dualshock 4 compared to the older controllers. Overall: if you're a die hard fan of the game like myself, you're going to want this. If you played it once and didn't feel compelled to go again, or just didn't have the interest don't bother, this won't change your mind. But I imagine my playthroughs will go from 3 to 8 or more now, especially under the Grounded difficulty.

It's hard to believe that this was a PS3 game, because it looks stunning on PS4, especially when played on the PS4 Pro. The game itself is very good and is very story focused, but I would recommend it to anyone who has a PS4. It's also worth a revisit if you played it on the PS3 just for the upgraded visuals and performance.

Bought this game after hearing a ton about it from friends and other reviewers, and was not let down. The storyline is an addictive roller coaster ride, filled with some crazy-intense and then wonderfully tender moments. Graphics are great too, with some very beautifully orchestrated and playable uncut scenes.

Even with this being an older game they did a great job remastering it. This is the first game I've put in my Ps4 pro that actually utilizes my HDR television and it looks great. But looks aside, I never played this game before now and it is engaging right off the bat. Easy to sink some time into and very well worth the $20 price tag.

I came late too this game. Tons of hype and I finally picked up the remastered version and played. Guess what...everyone is right. This truly is an awesome game. Good gameplay, excellent acting and story. Totally immersive and unforgettable. If you are among the few that haven't played this as I was, definitely play it!

I cannot say enough good things about this game... it is.. PERFECT to me. The story, the characters, the dialogue, the music, the graphics, the realistic portrayal of what a dystopian future could very likely be, the combat, the threats, ALL OF IT. If you're a fan of great movies, great books, great games, you must EXPERIENCE THIS GAME!

The critics are correct and they aren't exaggerating. In many ways, this was one of the best games I've ever played. My only gripe is the vulgarity. At times it feels excessive. That aside, the gameplay is interesting and varied enough to keep you begging for more until the end. The story is not far fetched and the voice acting is amazing. Wonderful overall.

Originally I bought this game because my husband wanted it, but I ended up being the one to use it more. after turning it on the first time the graphics were amazing compared to earlier versions. This game was so great that I could stop playing it until I finished it even then I wanted to play more, and the story to continue, Overall this is a great game!

For starters, games usually don’t hold my interest long enough to finish them. They may Keep my interest for a while but it usually fades unless it’s a great online multiplayer. This game, is great. The graphics is fantastic, the story line second to none, and it’s $20.00. I would have paid 60 for it.

Definitely one of the best ps3/ps4 games I have played. I use ally play on my xbox and only play Playstation games when they are exclusive and so far this game and uncharted series are a must have game. If ur looking for a great game with a awesome story line, graphics, online multi player this is it so don't hesitate and the review summary says it all.

I didn't own a Playstation 3 console when The Last of Us released last year. However when TLU was announced for the PS 4 I was so psyched as I knew I was getting the best looking and running version of the game. The game is gorgeous and runs silky smooth and really shows what next gen game consoles can achieve. There is even an option to lock the game at 30 fps like the original and comparing the original to the newer one is a huge step up. For the game itself its a great game that borrows a lot of mechanics from other survival horror games, like Dead Space/ Resident Evil and builds upon them to make them fit well in TLU world. The atmosphere is very believable as the environments and pacing of the game are amazing and sync really well together. My only complaints are with the AI as sometimes your allies can walk in front of patrolling enemies while in stealth and still not get caught. Some bugs popped up every now and then, like getting stuck on objects and some scenery popping in out. But overall this is an amazing game that needs to be played by anyone who hasn't played the original version. Not 100% sure if its worth another purchase if you already own it because it doesn't offer anything new from the orignal game, besides the DLC.
