Q: HOW DO YOU MAKE A SHANK TO DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST ZOMBIES?
A: In game, one part full blade and one part full tape. I'd use them sparingly until you get the upgrade - preferably upgrades, there's two scattered across the game - as the shiv doors they also open have a TON of material inside, at the cost of a full shiv even after the upgrades.
A: Yes, because any PS4 game works on PS5, but with PS4 graphics. However, considering the price, it's worth it.
