10/10 this game has everything you need in a adventures game, the story line is amazing, im just surprised how great this game. I advise everyone to play it at least once

ive waited years to play this game and i was missing out on a very spectacular story. if you never played this game, this is an absolute must buy.

the story to this is great and the graphics are much better than the original... best of all it was free as it was the bundle that i purchased for the ps4

Forget that this is a remaster. Last of Us came to the PS3 late in the system's life and used the most out of it's hardware. Now updated for PS4, the game looks and feels more polished than ever, which is saying a lot. The Last of Us not only excels in graphics quality and gameplay but also in rich story telling and performances. Thank god this hasn't been adapted to film yet, which I'm sure it will, as it's such an incredibly immersive and compelling story. Without giving anything away, this should appeal to fans of The Walking Dead or any other apocalyptic outbreak story.

I have this game for PS3 and was happy to find this new version for PS4. It was on sale for a great deal. Highly recommended!

GET THIS GAME! If you love graphics, GET THIS GAME. If you love emotional stories, GET THIS GAME. It's hard in some parts, but so worth it. This is a must have game.

This game is a must have for all ages. Originally purchased on PS3 and beat the game on its hardest mode. The game was so difficult yet satisfying that I immediately started the game over on an easier lvl just to take out my frustration on the CLICKERS!!!. I purchased the PS4 edition on day one and have been tearing through the game to find all of the items. Excited to play all of the DLC content and to see what differs from the PS3 version. Hard to believe but this game is even more visually stunning on the PS4. If you haven't already treat yourself to the Pulse Elite headphones. Full 7.1 and well worth it.

This game was very hyped for many years, but it never really caught my eye much. It was so cheap that I played it to see what all the fuss was about, and the story plotting was good and had me interested in seeing what happens. Sure, there were definitely a lot of the cliches from this style of story, but how they get you from point A to point B helps make it more intriguing. The gameplay issues were annoying, but not as bad as the Uncharted games. The game is set up for stealth, but sometimes they want you to get into Gears of War style firefights with lots of enemies when the gameplay isn't designed well enough for that because at times the movement is sluggish and the AI is really bad. Thankfully it wasn't off-putting enough to deter me from finishing. Although the ending was incredibly contrived I still had a lot of fun getting to know Ellie and Joel and play through their story.

The game was very fun and kept my attention throughout. The details in the story line were very good and I have enjoyed playing the game.

Played this game on the PS3 but never finished it. So glad the remastered was released. Best Buy had a great sale price on it and snatched it right up.

This looks better than it did on PS3 while keeping the same great gameplay. Includes the bonus features that came out later on. Good deal and price.

I was on the fence about buying this (since I own the PS3 version). I WAS SO WRONG! The graphics are better, colors are crisper, and the frame rate is more smooth. Plus I realized that I need to replay this game prior to starting The Last of US part II (also bought at Best Buy). Not only did it bring back memories, but it reminded how ahead of its time the game still is. The tension and action is so intense; just a fantastic game. Get it!

I never got to play this game on the PS3, but now I get to play an even better version on the PS4. The graphics are stunning and smooth. The writing is tremendous. The pacing and action are tense and grim. It is a great game. Some call it the best game of the generation, but there are some flaws, so I don't think it deserves 100/100 as some have given, but it is a 5 star game. The AI suffers some problems when your partner can run right in front of enemies and the enemies don't notice. The aiming mechanics can have some problems from time to time as well. Still those are small nitpicks to a terrific game.

I cannot recommend this core game highly enough. If you didn't play this game on the PS3, play it. Now. If you have played The Last of Us, this isn't as necessary of a purchase, but the upgrade is significant and fantastic. Similar to the visual upgrade Tomb Raider received if you experience that. Game looks better and plays better. This is fantastic for the single player campaign and becomes very important for getting the most enjoyment out of the multiplayer portion of the game. I recommend this game to everyone and the PS4 version to anyone new to the game as well as those who enjoyed the PS3 version.
