I bought this game during the black Friday in July event and the store refused to price match itself, even though I am an elite member. In hindsight of the service I received during the purchase this is one of the best zombie games out there. You start out on day 1 of the outbreak and go through the game trying to find a cure. You are able to combine items to make different weapons and the controls are smooth.

The price for this gem is great and it includes the DLC!!!

I would give this a 5-star like the PS3 version, but there are some things that changed during the remastering of the game that didn't make it better. I've noticed the companion AI of Ellie and other characters you encounter has been made so that they take cover with you more often. This would be a good thing if they didn't also "push" you out it. In the PS3 version, you'd either phase through the character or they'd just get out of the way. This time around, they can block your path in a doorway or push you out of cover causing enemies to notice you. Also, they've added ragdoll physics to dead bodies. If you walk over a corpse, it'll shift and flop around sometimes, losing the immersion. Every game has it's bugs, but I think I prefer the ability to phase through a companion instead of having my escape route blocked in an intense encounter. Still a great game though!

This game is a blast! I actually bought this game on the PS3 but didn't finish it because I just had SOOOO many games to finish.. But, I'm glad that I waited to really get into it on the PS4 because it is beautiful! It still scares the hell outta me at times, but I'm so pulled into the story and the character interactions its hard to put it down.. I'm definitely gonna finish the game and even do the DLC.. I recommend this game to anyone who has a PS4.

Last of Us proves that linear scripted games can still be compelling in the age of the sandbox.

I first played this game on PS4 online and the story had me on edge while I played it. I only played the game once, but I loved it. When HBO turned it into a series, I remembered playing the game again.

Played this game years purchased again for the PlayStation hits red case. Truly one of the best games ive ever played. Will have you on the edge of your seat. Amazing story with a great soundtrack. Definitely recommend it to new fans of the franchise. Part 2 is also a fantastic game to listen to the critics. Be the judge for your self.

This is a game that is a lot of fun to play, If you like third person shooter and epic stories and zombies

Many people are conflicted on whether or not the market should support these "remastered" games. I tend to get the ones I want and ignore the ones I don't. The Last of Us was quite easily the best game on the Playstation 3, and so for many gamers, being able to play this game on PS4 is essential. It looks great, still plays great and you can experience it all again without have to dust off your old PS3.

One of my favorite games. Be warned, if you don't enjoy long sequences of you controlling characters walking and having interesting conversations, you won't like this game. That being said, the action is excellent, the graphics and framerate are superb, and while the story may seem like a standard "after the end of the world" scenario, the dialogue and character interactions make it stand out and punch you in the emotions.

This game is fantastic. I played it originally on the PS3 and this version is even better. 60FPS is great.

This is an amazing game i missed it the first time on ps3 but the remaster is amazing buy it!

The opening is one of the coolest, most involving beginnings to a game I've ever played.

Normally I don't find re-releases to be all that spectacular. However, this one for some reason is different. The visuals are noticeably better (so long as you're playing it in HD). The higher frame rate is noticeable as well as some of the visuals. It comes with all of the DLC as well which is nice. There of course still is the chance that if you beat the game close to 100 percent the first time around, may not be worth your $50 to do it again.

I’d been looking for months for TLOU Part 1 for PS4, because I used to have it for PS3 and it was my favorite and when I got the PS4, I immediately knew I had to get TLOU Part 1 for it.
