Though there are many games I absolutely love, this is probably the only video game I would truly call a masterpiece. It is an incredible experience that succeeds on all fronts. The story is heavy and meaningful and is constantly engaging. The gameplay is smooth and the different zombie types are fun to learn and take out. The voice acting is superb, and the music is fitting and haunting. The graphics still stand up even years later. The DLC is a great addition that actually adds depth to the base game. I could not recommend this game enough - it still remains my favorite game of all time.

This is a game that any player interested in RPG or even FPS must add to the library. The story is engaging, the graphics are gorgeous, and the length of the single player is "just right."

This game is probably one of the best games ever made. While it starts off a little slow, it eventually picks up after you meet up with Ellie. The story is the best part of the game, it's like an emotional roller coaster, and this is coming from a guy that doesn't pay attention to the story in almost any game ever played. I've beaten this game maybe 8 times because it's so good. If you have a PS4 (or even PS3), this game is a must have. You can believe the few negative reviews if you want, but you're better off reading the top of the case where it says: "Over 200 game of the year awards". Those awards are for a good reason.

This is easily by far one of the best games ever invented. I originally bought it for the PS3 and I was very impressed by the visuals and the game play. The dialog and the voice acting is phenomenal, I enjoyed every moment of this masterpiece of a game. Its almost as it were a lifelike movie. And now its coming on a better system PS4 with upgraded graphics and the full potential of the power of the PS4. I just pre ordered. Its your into great story with a heavy emotional experience and lots of action you don't wanna miss out on this. This game deserved all the rave reviews from the masses along with being game of the year of 2013.

This game has such a great plot and keeps you hooked the whole time. A little slow at times, but it adds to the suspense buildup. I definitely recommend this game.

I can't believe I have waited this long to finally play this game! This game has some of the best story telling that I have ever played, where there were times I got a little emotional at parts. The combat in the game is great, but you have to play smart in some situations. So,running and gunning won't get you very far in this game. Fair warning for any parents looking into getting this for their children. This does have a lot of cursing and the violence/situation can get a little bad. But for the price it's at, I think this is a steal and worth playing through!

With this game now being only 19.99 and 20% less with Gamers Club Unlocked it is a steal. As someone who has played video games since the 80's this is in my top 10 games of all-time. What surprised me the most was the story! This is made by Naughty Dog the same company that makes the Uncharted series but it has it's own identity and gameplay style. The updated graphics for the PS4 and all the DLC as part of the package it is such a great value for 25+ hours of gameplay. This is not really a story about zombies or those infected it is a survival story and great one at that.

Graphics: Nothing like you have ever seen before! Game-Play: At times you forget you are actually playing a game. It feels almost as if you are watching a movie. Story: It's such a good story that I am expecting this game to become a future box office hit at the theaters! Mature Content: The only negative thing I have to say about the game is the lack of options to filter profanity and, at times, extremely disturbing violence. Profanity is used OFTEN. Violence is a given with any game but in this particular game there are scenes of disturbing violence. Gamers should have been given the option of filtering.

The campaign was awesome and the multiplayer is fun I want the second game to come out because this on was super good

This is a great game. All time. The characters, the story mode. This is a must have. Can't wait till part 2 comes out 2019.

I love this game!!! I have just recently bought the console and I started playing the game and I was just blown away. The game is so realistic and entertaining. I keep getting killed by those dang wolves, but the graphics in this game are absolutely amazing. I just can't say enough good things about it. For someone like me who is not savvy with all these new products, I can not play this game enough. I love Lara and I am working hard to keep her alive, dang wolves!!!!!! You will not regret this game, it is really exciting to play.

In the event that you didn't already play this on the PS3, then you're in for quite a treat. Not only are you signing up for some of the best graphics on the market, but you're getting a phenomenal story, tense third-person gameplay and extremely competitive tactical multiplayer. For those who have already played this on PS3, you're not missing out on much aside from the upgraded textures and 60fps. If you loved it before, you'll love it now and should pick it up again. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

Just finished the series and I had to grab a game. Amazing in almost every way. You will cry!

Huge applause to Naughty Dog. After finishing all Uncharted games 1 through 4, I had to check what the fuss was all about for the Last of Us. No wonder people still rave about this game after 4 years - it's honestly the best game I've ever played. The Last of Us team are pure geniuses for composing an amazing adventure with great character, story and environment development. You can tell they've put so much research and heart into this game. Buy this now and play!

Now, this is the stuff games are made for! No doubt, one of the best games out there. I played this game on hard, and plan on playing it on the higher levels. This game lives up to all the hype I heard about from friends, that already played it. So good in fact, I hope they have a sequel, so I heard, there is one comming. If your thinking about buying or wanting an exciting game, don't delay one secound, this game will not disappoint one bit! Replay value a definite.

Got this game after watching the tv show and I got to say that it is way better than the show. Graphics are great and the story is awesome. Plus the price was a steal. I would recommend getting it to anyone who has not played the game
