If you liked Fallout New Vegas, you will like The Outer Worlds. This game has a definite steampunk vibe. The graphics can be brilliant at times on a 4k tv. I am enjoying this a lot.

A really fun and funny (yet somehow simultaneously depressing lol) RPG. If you're into stuff like Fallout and the like, you'll like this. I also recommend getting the DLC if you get this.

Didn't even bother playing Fallout 76 with all the backlash it got, was looking forward to it being a fan of the series but The Outer Worlds definitely makes up for it! It's like a Fallout spinoff in space!

I am really enjoying this game. It reminds me a lot of Fallout, but also some other games. Easy to learn to play. Only been playing story mode thus far, but I will try online soon.

Thus was a fun romp, but ended too soon. The worlds are detailed, but there are few enough of them that they feel more like “levels” than a true space system. The gameplay overall is a fun throwback to Fallout and its kind with a bit of Mass Effect thrown in

Been a fallout fan for a long time so I had to get this game after it was announced. It’s basically fallout in space. I just wish the game lasted longer.

Amazing game not buggy like fallout.great graphics speech system is satisfying and fun. The only problem is that the story is a bit on the shorter side but if like me you do every side quest this game is worth it for the price

Consistently well-written. The Outer Worlds is an entertaining adventure through a future. The gameplay is smooth, and the ROG elements are deep without being daunting.

I was none too happy with Fallout 76, but found a suitable substitute with this game. Beautiful imagery, fascinating storyline, granular settings for characters and weapons, and good voice acting. A must-have for RPG videogame fans.

As a fan of Fallout games I’ve been wanting a similar experience, The Outer Worlds does that and more! I haven’t beat it yet but it’s amazing so far. The story, characters are great. Give it a try.

Love this game, it just shows that obsidian can make a better fallout game. It definitely makes me think twice about getting the next xbox system if this is going to be like future games from them.

This game is a blast, kind of a love child of Fall Out 4 and Bio Shock I love how your choices and the dialogue decide the outcome of the game play. The visuals are colorful and surreal....

Only caveat is, it’s pretty much Fallout in space and with prettier coloring. Still a good yarn and doesn’t take itself quite as seriously as Fallout. Haven’t seen/heard if there’s going to be DLC but the game itself is a good time.

A different twist with pretty much the same system, style as Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas (which this company made), and Fallout 4. Great story. Isn't truly open world but that's OK! Tons, and Tons, of Loot. I'm glad I picked it up day 1

If you are a fan of Fallout: New Vegas, you will enjoy The Outer Worlds. Obsidian does it again! Totally blown away by the storyline, visuals, gameplay...everything.

This was meant as a gift but the recipient had great views on the game. As long as you don't expect it to be a Fallout New Vegas successor, you will enjoy this game.

The Outer Worlds is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It's a FPS RPG with a large amount of loot and customization options. The quests play out much like those in the Fallout series. The gun play however, is quite a bit tighter. It's not as good as other dedicated FPS but that's only a small portion of the game. The only downfall for me is the smaller sectioned off maps. Instead of one enormous sprawling wasteland to explore there are multiple smaller planets. Most of which are sectioned off with cliffs which make the game feel a little claustrophobic at times. Coming to the edge of a map is almost always just walking into a rock wall.

If you liked Fallout New Vegas you're in for a treat. This game comes from the same developer! Open world? Check. Flexible character development? Check. Hours of game play? Check!

This game is everything advertised and then some. An absolute blast to play, I don't even want to put it down half the time. Definitely recommend.
