Great product. Works pretty well. The contrast temperature does work precisely. Only con is that it is a little bulky and hard to keep in place with the strap.

The RecoveryTherm™ Cube has been a lifesaver for managing menstrual cramps. While it’s marketed for athletic recovery and general pain relief, it works wonders for period pain thanks to its versatile heat, cold, and contrast therapy options. The heat therapy setting is perfect for relaxing tense abdominal muscles and easing those dull, aching cramps. The Cube provides consistent warmth throughout the session, which is much more effective than a traditional heating pad that cools down too quickly. For sharp, radiating pain, the contrast therapy—switching between hot and cold—has been surprisingly soothing and helped reduce inflammation. One of the best features is how compact and wearable the Cube is. I can go about my day without being tethered to an outlet or a bulky pad. Whether I’m working at my desk or lying down with a good book, I barely notice it’s there, aside from the relief it provides. Really awesome device. Really helps with recovery. Battery life is as expected. You get a couple of good long uses before a recharge is necessary using the max heat /max cool setting.

The cold and heat levels are perfect, just like you'd expect from Therabody. But be warned: the straps are not long and usefull. If you have a larger build or want to use it on your legs, you might struggle to get a good fit. It’s a bit of a hassle to keep it in place because of the strap length, otherwise, it’s a solid recovery tool.

This uses a Peltier element to transfer heat from the surface of the plate to the side with the fan & heat sink. Its surface can get down to the mid 40's (in Fahrenheit). This temperature works great for cold therapy for injuries and the like. I bought one to treat an injury when I couldn't conveniently have ice available and it was an excellent investment. It also can be used to provide heat. It is rechargeable and compact. I would definitely recommend it.

I was skeptical of this at first but wanted to try it. Glad I did. The cold setting works quickly and with the straps provided you can get it where you need it. The heat works even quicker. The battery life has lasted longer than I expected as well.

The cold function of this is impressive. I recently started to experience knee and back pains due to over worked my body. The hot and cold packs do work but they are more trouble to use than they are worth. Come the Therabody cube, I was skeptical at first but it does work well for me. The cold function is truly impressive, it numbs and subside the pain right away. Instead of using the bands, I hold the cube to the pain point for a couple minutes and the pain just went away. It works so well for me because I have never had prolong/chronic muscle pains. My muscle pains are just that, muscle pain. Hence, the cold and hot cube works well to subside the inflammations. Oh, one bonus on hot days, after working outside I applied the cold cube to my neck, and my body temperature immediately comes down.

Blown away by this small device, its portable and effective. I got tired of heating pads and ointments that smelled, this lil guy get more than hot enough or cold for that matter and is a godsend on the golf course. Tennis elbow? bad shoulder 2min in between holes and i can finally play 18 again.

Ulta portable, three cool and three heat settings, plus alternating cool and heat in 5-minute intervals. Rechargeable, excellent quality and very affordable. HSA reimbursement available as well, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

This little gadget is awesome. Great alternative to icy/hot. Icy to dull the pain and hot to relax it away. I’ve been impressed with the battery life so far. I’ve had the unit on the two stage setting for a couple of cycles and the battery has lasted without having to charge. Great product in my opinion.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it! She has chronic knee issues and this helps greatly, especially for meniscus pain and swelling. It works great wrapped around her knee

I was skeptical about this product but...I got it. Really effective for my muscle pains. Used it for 2 weeks now, and my pains are lessened and almost gone. I highly recommend this product to anyone with pains. Its simple to use and very comfortable to strap on. Make sure its fully charged each time or you will be left waiting to charge for at least an hour.

My husband has a rotator cuff injury from an accident and regulating his pain without strong meds or surgery has been difficult. This device’s hot to cold to hot setting is the only thing that has eased his pain. He uses it almost everyday!

It helps me with easing pain by doing hot and col therapy. The battery life is a little shorter than I would like.

What a weird find. Works great for carpal tunnel pain, heat or cold in seconds.

Cools well and gets pretty hot, but size and hardness make it difficult to actually use. I tried using it on my knee but it only kind of worked and not nearly as well as ice. Lower back was weird because it is only about 4”x3” of cooling so which quadrant do you want to ice.

This little box gets quite cold, husband loves it.
