Awkward Design, Weak Battery: Therabody RecoveryTh

Functionality: I like the idea of instant hot, cold, and contrast therapy, but in practice it’s awkward to use — especially on shoulders. Battery Life: Horrendous. It drains far too quickly, making it unreliable for longer sessions. Design & Usability: A bit weird-looking, and it’s loud enough to be distracting. Bottom line: while the functionality is appealing, the poor battery life and awkward design make this hard to recommend.

Feels great, great portable size! Only thing I wish there was more attachments to go on different spots on the body. Only has two straps included making some areas hard to stay in place

I found it too small to be effective and awkward to actually use. That said I was trying to use on my glute. I returned it.
