These are very comfortable to sleep in, and I love that you can wash the insert. The vibrations are similar to TheraGoggles, but not the same experience. You can also pair them with the app and listen to soothing music, but then you have to sleep in your earbuds.

Highly recommended for those who want a better night’s sleep. I don’t use the massage function too much, but when I do it’s a comfortable feeling. Function shuts off after a few minutes, intended to help you get to sleep without worrying about it on all night.

Did not need to use that, fell in love and ditched my other eye covers. Love these. More comfortable even when I don’t use them with the vibration options. But love to have that option.
