Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I highly do not recommend getting this if you need a simple solution to a hard nights sleep.. the heating is very comfortable! the feeling of it being on your face, could probably be more comfortable and if you have even a slightly larger than average head the band is very uncomfortable.. the "massage" feature is ridiculously uncomfortable and I have yet to be able to get a good nights sleep with it after months of having it

I take this everywhere with me. On the plane, on the road, etc. I work from home a lot and it also helps me to decompress when I need a break.

It also doesn't hit the right spots for migraines or to relax, i was hoping it would help for sleep minimum but it wasnt and wasn't worth keeping at any price especially for 150 to 200.
