Although I like the Smart Goggles' effect, the presets on the app are flawed in that they prematurely stop no matter what session is chose, ie-smart relax, focus, or sleep. The first pair I ordered had this problem. There is basically no support from Therabody for this product. You have to provide proof of purchase and serial number. 5 days later they get back to you and authorize a return. THERE IS NO TROUBLESHOOTING available by live persons or on their website. SO, I returned the first pair and bought a second pair. The second pic worked well for exactly one week, then once again what ever session I chose would stop prematurely, I think the entire product is flawed. Maybe a firmware update is needed, but there are none. If you just use the Smart Goggles with the manual settings, and forget about the app, they work very well but they then there is no timer function.

It is ok but not that great I probably should get a better model

I suffer from migraines and has beard this was a great option. Personally i was not impressed and if anhthing this was pretty uncomfortable to wear. It squeezes and only vibrates in certain areas. I returned the item within two days.

Bought for girlfriend as a birthday gift. She is a huge fan and now uses it as part of her nighttime routine. Doesnt fit all faces so she cant feel the sockey massager but thats not a dealbreaker.

Great for eye strain and headaches. Takes a little getting used to, and some fiddling around to find the right position to fit one’s face.

I have tried several of these types of I massages from Amazon, and nothing compares to the one I purchase from Best Buy. The heating function is really nice and the app that you can download on the Apple store works flawlessly.

The heat is very nice as well as the front massage. But I found the side massager pushes really hard on the sides of the eyes just infront of the temple. Sometimes goes away with adjustment but eventually starts to hurt again.

I often wake up during the middle of night and thought this may help me fall back asleep. The massage and heat features are nice however it didn’t make me fall back asleep. I guess I was having high expectations.

Ive used this every night to sleep. I use to have trouble going to sleep but it relaxes you to the point where you fall asleep.

I love it, Best buy customer service is always excellent. This is great for migraines.

This hurt my eyes and it feels uncomfortable and heaby at times, i will probably get a simple cover
