I ended up returning it because it felt very heavy on my face and that couldn't be ignored. Was a very cool device though.

Use to use, the headband doesn’t feel the best even with being adjusted, just personal preference but the product works great!

This has been such a game changer for me! I mainly use it at night before bed to relax and destress but it even helps when I get headaches during the day. It’s very comfortable and quiet, especially if you use noise-canceling headphones with some of their sessions in the app. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to take better care of their mental health and wellbeing.

The Therabody Smart Goggles offer a decent experience but have some drawbacks. The massage and vibration features are quite loud, which can be distracting. While they provide some relief, the overall comfort isn't great, and the goggles feel a bit heavy on the face. They might work for some, but for me, they didn't fully meet my expectations in terms of comfort, fit, and noise level.

Huge fan of Therabody. Everything I own from them rocks. Great for a mid day eye break from the computer. Meditation in the morning. Before bed relaxation. Really good with noise cancelling headphones. The Therabody app integration is also cool.

Wife Started it back in mid January.. she uses fitbit to track sleeping. Use to average 6.5 hours of solid sleep.. now its increased to 7.5. Deeper sleep, has helped bring ease as she had a migraine since owning this product, and seems to have provided comfort. Very happy so far with this product!

I suffer from migraines and this has helped me so much I can use for 15minutes and notice the pain relief. Also great on stressful days it relaxes you and puts you right to sleep. I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10.

This is pretty cool. I have other Therabody products so i thought I’d give it a try. Its neat and feels nice. But nothinh revolutionary. I might would buy it again knowing what i know now, but probably not at full price.

Great stress relief particularly on the temples. A bit too much pressure on the eyes and a little pricey but overall good product.

Im a very wound-up person by nature and its always been difficult for me to get tired and stay asleep. 20 minutes of wearing this mask in conjunction with the sounds available on the app, and I'm out like a baby every night.
