Also great on stressful days it relaxes you and puts you right to sleep. I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10.

Amazing device that has helped improve sleeping

Use to average 6.5 hours of solid sleep.. now its increased to 7.5. Deeper sleep, has helped bring ease as she had a migraine since owning this product, and seems to have provided comfort. Very happy so far with this product!

I have other Therabody products so i thought I’d give it a try. Its neat and feels nice. But nothinh revolutionary. I might would buy it again knowing what i know now, but probably not at full price.

However, it does not reach the area between your eyebrows very well. Also when opening the box there is a VERY strong chemical/factory smell. I've been trying to air it out for the past week and I can still smell it and am starting to get used to it. I do really like the app and the temple massaging is very relaxing. My favorite part is the warming.
