Put the ear buds in put on some soothing music on ac/dc off to la la land.

When I used this for the first time my migraine was gone within 10 minutes! My sister didn’t think it would work and once she tried it on for 10 minutes she said she felt very relaxed.

I love the usb C charging and carrying case for on the go use! Highly recommend for anyone looking for headache and tension release around the eyes.

Light touch on forehead

Maybe I just have a smaller forehead right above the eyes? I don't know but I can just barely feel it. Otherwise I love them.

Still Better than The New Version

I have had these for about year now and they help with my dry eyes, monitor fatigue, and allergy headaches. After a long day of staring at my computer for work these re-hydrate my eyes with the warming setting and the focus setting is amazing for my sinuses & eyes when my allergies act up. Definitely recommend over the new ones.
