Great product at first I thought it was too expensive but after a few times well worth it.The device massages your temples the bridge of your nose with or without heat and vibrations . Put the ear buds in put on some soothing music on ac/dc off to la la land.

I suffer from migraines and headaches quite often. When I used this for the first time my migraine was gone within 10 minutes! My sister didn’t think it would work and once she tried it on for 10 minutes she said she felt very relaxed.

Very useful if you have problems falling asleep. Would be a good idea to incorporate soft blutooth headphones in the strap with future models tho.
