I use it to loosen up before golf and recover after golf. It’s also a good workout warmup and recovery tool. I also use it for various body aches and pains. I sometimes take it with me when I go golfing and use it if my back starts hurting during a round. I’m a senior and I’m glad I purchased it. It has a great app that bluetooths to it with recommended warmups and recoveries. App gets periodic updates as well.

Reachability is amazing and the different message modes through the app are very helpful. Definitely recommend this one over the other models because of the reasons listed.
