A: For future readers who find this thread: I just got a Theragun Elite yesterday, and it had this issue. Sounded like a tiny screw rattling around. I returned it and got a new one, which does not have the issue. That tells me that it's not intentional. A device this expensive that is designed to move rapidly shouldn't have loose pieces rattling around inside! If you experience this issue, I recommend returning it for a new one.
A: Return it and get something from a different company. This happened to me and customer support was completely unhelpful. After doing more research, battery failure is a very common problem. I now have a $400 paperweight!

A: I would think so, I have used it on my feet, I have plantar faciatis and it helps

A: It nearly doesn’t lose any power when pushing down pretty hard. You probably can apply more pressure than you could handle before you notice it slowing down.

A: Check out the Piezowave II by Richard Wolf. Look it up. Muscle and Joint clinic San Rafael. Highly anti immflammatory. Not a cure for arthritis but helps oh so much.
