Great machine! Comparable to a quick Thai Massage and fixed my wife’s stiff back. There is soreness the day after but it’s normal because it removes the tenseness.

I wish it was a little bit tougher, but then again, sometimes I wish it was softer. Absolutely a fan of this thing tho. Great for workouts, or aches and pains.

Works great to loosen up muscles and tendons before, after and even sometimes during workouts. App works good with easy Bluetooth connection. Small screen on device is nice. The 3 favorites are limited in what they can do. I thought this would allow for a bit more customization or ability to pick one of your favorites and have the app automatically pull that session up. The app is great but this might present an opportunity for improvement.

I had looked at getting something similar for a while as far as a percussive message gun. I often have sore/stiff shoulders and back. I was a little hesitant to spend the money on this, but so far I have been happy. I have not used the app much yet to be able to say much about that. But I do enjoy using it on my shoulders and back. I haven't used it as much as I would like to but hope to see an improvement in my shoulder/back stiffness in the future.

This little gun has power! I suffer from chronic back pain & just a few minutes with this relieves my pain for a good while.

This made my shoulders and arms feel a lot better after the first use. It does take some time to get use to it, but I dont regret purchasing it.

The device is worth the purchase as long as the areas you need to alleviate of pain are accessible. It is really good on all major muscle groups.

Okay I’ve had this for awhile now so I feel good to make a review lol I love it the reason for the 4 stars is because I am soft :’) Meaning I can’t take the the lowest setting it’s painful to me after 15 min (upper body). I am also a person who loves Swedish massages not deep tissue. This is the best for my legs and lower body I work out 4-5 days a week intensely so the Theragun is awesome for leg day for me. My husband on the other hand He loves the gun and uses it at the highest setting. Only wished it had a higher setting.
