The Theragun helps and relieves all of my aches and pains in my back and shoulders. It is wonderful when my fiance uses this on my pain, especially my rhomboid (That hard to reach area between your spine and shoulder blades). This powerful machine is miraculous!

Worth the money

Yes, you can really tell the difference not only that we own a Tonal and they have recovery videos to use with this. I wasn’t sure about the triangular handle, but it makes life a lot easier reaching all those spots.
