    I got this for my wife and I to relax our muscles. I am 65 and my wife is 66 and believe me this will hurt you. The vibration or the inpact is so hard thst it actually beat us to death. Maybe for a young person or even a older person that is in good physical shape this probably works great. I cannot say anything bad about it but it was just to powerful for us.
