The handle allows you to hold it in different ways which makes it easier to use it on yourself. Very helpful for general muscle aches nit just post work out. We even take it with us on trips to help when you stiffen up after a long drive.

Pricey but excellent quality and effectiveness

However, do not regret purchase. Excellent build quality. Percussive massage seems to help with tight hamstrings, quads, calves. Attachments and case are worth the extra $100 price bump from base model.

Smart and Quiet

I've tried the G3Pro but ended up with this one because it is really QUIET. I'd like to emphasize that because the old versions and other knock-offs really sound like someone is jackhammering. Having Bluetooth App-connectivity also helps in guiding you with the pressure, time, and points.

I've been using a PureWave percussion massager for a year and still use that for my neck. But, for larger muscles like quads and glutes you need something like this. I love that the app reads my workouts from Apple Health then recommends the massage I need that day.
