I was skeptical at first to spend this much money, but this is probably one of the greatest things I bought for muscle recovery. I think the elite is great and suits its purpose. I look forward to using this on a regular basis to recover from different physical modalities.

Theragun Elite is a very nicely designed deep muscle massage tool. It comes in a very nice and sturdy carrying case that has pockets to keep the attachments and charging cord stored away. It comes with 5 well made attachments, a standard ball for general use, a dampener which is larger and more padded for use near tendons and bones, a small thumb piece for trigger points, a wedge for shoulder blades, and a cone for pinpoint muscle treatments. Also, a charging cord that is pretty large. With that being said, it is hard to share a plug with the charging cord as it is very large. The attachments are well designed and you are able to clean them with a damp cloth. However, you have to be careful with where you use them as a few of them hurt if used too close to the bone. Out of the box there are a few small pages to help you get going. There is a Getting started booklet and a quick guide to how to use it - actually pretty simple. The design is comfortable and I like the rubberized grip making it easy to hold while using. The weight of it is what you would expect from a quality massage product - not too heavy so that you can use it for the duration of treatment without issue to your hand/wrist. It doesn't come with a stand which makes it clumsy when charging as you have to lay it down. There is an optional wireless charging stand you can purchase though. It took about 2 hours to fully charge and seems to last about 2 hours with intermittent use. The sound is low so you can use it without bothering other people or still be able to hear things/people around you with disruption. I found the directional arrows on the power button were a little hard to see but after using it a few times you know which way to push for what you need. It allows you to increase and decrease the speed from 2400, 2200, 2100, 1900, to 1750. I personally would like a lower speed to use on smaller framed people. The OLED screen is dark and difficult to see - would benefit adding a light adjusting button. There are smart features you can use when enabled via bluetooth and the Therabody app (not Theragun app). Speaking of the app... it does not sync with older Android phones which was frustrating as an Android user. I was able to load it on my sons new iPhone and it synced right away. We were able to run through the app and try out some of the routines loaded as well as control the speed. It indicated if the pressure we were applying was good or not and showed us the directional use of the device in various areas of the body. My son enjoys using this app, but I enjoy just using it with the smaller standard ball on my sore or tight muscles. I have been doing more exercising and walking since COVID and this has been really helpful with sore muscle areas. I would not use this near the bone area as it is very powerful and hurts - IMO. I would recommend this to people who do light exercising as well as those who are big into workouts.

I purchased this for my boyfriend and he absolutely Loves it. The handle design is amazing as well as the attachment. He’s a mechanic, on his feet, underneath vehicles, in those hard to reach areas in a vehicle all day long. He uses it everyday. Best massager ever!

Excellent product. Does an amazing job of helping recovery after workouts and prep before.

I enjoy using this after workouts on the larger muscle groups (quads calfs, biceps, triceps, traps, it seems to help reduce/get rid of the soreness from my workouts pretty well. It’s difficult to work on your back by yourself but I like this thing a lot.

The best way to recover after a gym session. Gets the knots and soreness out super quick. I’ve also used it for myofascial release and also to help with stretches and increasing ankle mobility.

Finally a product that does what it is meant to do! I cant tell you enough about the healing power this has …..what a godsend!

This is an absolute must on the Womens Professional Tennis tour.I coach a young lady on the tour and we use it religeously before and after matches.

Thought this may be the typical fad-type recovery device, After giving it a try, the gun is extremely powerful and works very well. It punches its way deep into sore muscles and is the best recovery purchase we've made.

This is the best thing ever for getting knots out of muscles. Great for sore backs and legs. I have even used it on the soles of my feet when I have been out walking too much or in shoes that don't provide much support. Definitely worth every penny.

This product is well worth the investment. My wife was looking for a product that could help get to those deep tissue areas. This product does this and then some. It is a tremendous product that saves money in needing to go to the masseuse.

It’s a good massager and the handle is ergonomic, but it is very loud. Not something you can use while watching TV. The speeds were a bit aggressive for me. I would have like an option for a lighter pressure

Great for post work out. The runners in my family use after every work out and run. Recommend to anyone who if physically active. Worth the money.

It is WELL worth the money. Glad we went with the middle model because the one lower wouldn’t have enough pressure. Even with a big booty, this thing gets deep into glutes and piroformis. Excellent on hamstrings and quads. Kicked a knot out of my calf in seconds.

I'm a cyclist and use this after workouts...it feels great on sore muscles...especially the legs. It's hard to use on yourself for anything but your legs and top of shoulders but if you have a friend who can do your back then you're really going to love it.

This product is well worth the money! It helps alleviate muscle soreness and pain. You could also use it to warm up your muscles before a workout. This will help reduce post-workout soreness. I highly recommend downloading the Theragun app!

A little disappointed, I honestly expected more out of a $400 product, I have another massage gun that costs me under $100 and comparing both, they feels the same but Theragun just has a bit more power.

Love the triangle handle, makes it easier to reach the hard to reach spots when using the massager on myself! The app is great & helps me understand proper use of machine.

This is amazing. Great quality, all the holding positions work well. Speed control and attachments for whatever you are working on.

The Theragun Elite is the best massager I've ever owned. It's beautifully designed and easy to hold; has amazing pounding strength; and comes with many different heads to target various muscles. It's a bit expensive but worth the price.
