Three months after I purchased this, it cannot charge and no longer turns on. The manufacturer appears to be in no hurry to repair or replace it. I did a google search and this issue appears to be very common.

Theragun Elite REVIEW I have never used a massager gun before and I have to say that once I used this, this isa game changer. All I has earlier was a regular massager from Brookstone which I used once a while when I had back ache. Btw, I have a herniated disc and I get back pains once a while so I used to use the regular massager once a while but once I used this one, what a difference this can make. I have to talk about a few things, so keep reading. WHAT IS INCLUDED • Theragun Elite • Protective Carrying Case • 5 Attachments         • Dampener         • Standard Ball         • Wedge         • Thumb         • Cone • Power Adapter THE APP Not sure why when I search on google play, the app is in the 7th position. It should really be at 1. I searched for “Theragun App”, this should be fixed. Anyways, I installed it and it asked to be synced with the massager and asks for a firmware upgrade. Once done, the app allows you to save presets on to the device based on the condition such as backspin, plantar etc or your body part such as leg. The speed (PPM) percussions per minute can also be controlled by the App, This Massager also allows you to save 3 routines directly on the device so that you don’t need to open the app every-time you want to use it I actually prefer not to open the app. One more thing, it is only compatible on Android version 10, not on 9 (Pie). Why? DESIGN & SETUP I have to say that the Theragun Elite looks very stylish and modern. The build quality is very good and easily can withstand drops which can happen with a massager. The setup is simple, I made sure to charge to 100% before using it. It comes with 5 attachments, I typically use the dampener which is really good for any areas. I don’t think I would ever use the cone with this power. USAGE Just set the desired speed among the 5 preset through the LED screen or if you have saved routines from your app (3 can be saved) , you can use them. I was wow’ed by the power of this thing! Initially it can be a little uncomfortable but once you use it, you would never go to a regular massager. The noise on the device is very low and I could watch a TV while my wife is massaging my back with this thing. It’s amazing. The claim is that it is same as an electric brush… I think which is comparable. After a few uses, I do notice an impact on my backache in a positive way. The battery life is rated at 120 min and at the time of review after a few usages I still have 50% left (it really helps that the OLED screen displays this information) which means it will live up to its rated battery life. I would highly recommend this device and I think it will pay for itself in a few uses,

I have had multiple massagers in my life, and was never satisfied until this one. I did change the heads out, as the one in there on shipping isn’t as good af getting into my shoulder as the others that they include. But I couldn’t be happier

This device is a complete piece of garbage. According to the display on the device, it had been charged to 100% but as soon as I unplug it, it goes down to zero. This is what happens every time and the device is yet to be powered on since I bought it. I've read online that this is a common problem and the only solution is to return it and hope that your replacement is not defective if you even bother to get a replacement. Do not buy this product.

Not for me. I tried it a few times and different modes were not that great. Also I believe it was malfunctioning and not working properly for 2 modes. I ended up returning. Nothing feels better than a human massage in my opinion

Super excited to get home and try this out. Nice packaging and all, and then bam. Opened it up and tried to plug it in to charge only to find out it's damaged. Couldn't even plug it in. So now I had to go home and return it. I mean, for the price you would expect to have the bare essentials down, like the charging port. Sad I wasn't able to experience this bad boy because of this issue.

There are lots of massage guns in the market these days. Most are made from a place not very well known for quality. I have tried many of them and ended up getting a Theragun. The difference is day and night.

I use it daily, twice a day for a couple of minutes. I hike and do some running. My feet would hurt. This helped me a lot. I highly recommend it if you can afford it and plan on using it daily to take advantage of the cost.

Please do not purchase a Therabody - Theragun Elite. The battery does not charge. I purchased my Theragun for Christmas and still have not been able to use it. I wish I read the many negative reviews others posted prior to my purchase.

This product is not worth 400 dollars. It does the same thing as a $100 dollar product, and I believe it’s one of the biggest wastes of money you could find inside of Best Buy. I’ll never buy another massage gun from this company.

First and only massage gun purchase. Bought this because I thought it was the original and best brand out there, and this unit was expensive. It has a battery operated gun which can exert quite a bit of pressure, and an app that controls it (as opposed to a bunch of settings on the unit itself). Tried it a coupe of times, and feel the app is too basic and not nuanced. Also, I've since seen reviews of other guns which seem to have more control options and better attachments. Give how much the app wants me to pound my poor muscles, I'm almost scared to use this thing.

Steer Clear of the Elite White and Red

After trying two of these products, neither one charged for the first time. Both were dead right out of the box. Not what you wanted for spending big bucks. Best Buy wanted me to pay the difference from the sale price to try this item in a different color, because none of the white and red were available locally. Poor experience all the way around this time.

I gave this as a gift to my husband. It was hard to press the on switch right away, but I hoped it would improve after using it for a few days. No luck. After less than one week, it won't turn on at all. (It is fully charged--faulty on switch...) Once on, it is a great product.

Battery was at 0% when we opened the box and after 8 hours of charging it was still at 0%. Suggest filtering on recent reviews to see that this is not an isolated incident for Theraguns purchased in the Nov-Dec timeframe. This was my second purchase within a few weeks with the exact same problem so it’s disappointing to see that there is something more systemic going on with faulty batteries/devices. My third Theragun with the same issue went straight back to the manufacturer in hopes they can actually get me a working device.
