If you need some help with stretching and recovery, theragun is amazing. Paired with the app, it’s a great tool for pre and post workouts.

A class action lawsuit may be the best way

A class action lawsuit may be the best way to hold Therabody corporation responsible for selling defective RED model, probably knowingly. I had to exchange it 7 times, it just won't charge. Even BestBuy people couldn't believe it at first. At the end, BestBuy replaced it with the BLACK model in a store. Stay away from the RED model. The BLACK model works fine. I also have and using the WHITE/BLUE model for almost two years now, and so far no issues. I took pictures of the serial numbers of all 7 defective RED models I received in case Therabody decides to investigate. BestBuy should stop selling the RED model and return them to the supplier.

    Serious piece of equipment!

This is one serious piece of equipment! Opening the box you can tell this is a quality piece of equipment. When you hold it in your hand for the first time you feel a sense of power. Its a very solid device and is very well built. It comes with a very nice carrying case that holds all of the included attachments and charger so you can easily take it on the go with you. Not to mention the battery life on this is amazing. You will easily be able to use it for a few days before having to charge it. Turning it on fir the first time can be a little intimidating. When you see it pulsing up and down you can feel just how much power it really has. I started out on the lowest setting and just gently touched my skin. After a little bit you will be used to the feel of it and can start to apply some more pressure and thats when you really feel it start to work! As they say, its great for before workouts to get your blood flowing as well as after a workout to help ease sore muscles. Im no spring chicken, so any help I can get is greatly appreciated. I usually have a lot of problems in my legs and knees when I workout. Also a little arm fatigue as well. I started using this before my workouts and immediately after and I can say I have noticed a difference. I find that its easier for me to get in the swing of my workout, there isnt as much of a warming up period because my muscles feel ready to go. After the workout, it just feels really good to work all the kinks and knots out. It definitely helps in the recovery time so you arent as sore for as long as you usually would be without using it. I am also amazed at how quiet this is for being so powerful. I have literally used this in the same room as a sleeping baby and he didn't even wake up.; It really is that quiet! Now, im not saying it doesn't make any noise at all, because it does. But if it doesn't wake up our fussy toddler, thats a win in my book! Another very cool feature is that you can connect this to an app on your phone via bluetooth. In there you can change the speed as well as watch tutorials and things like that. Once you get the hang of it you might not use the app very much, but its a cool thing to have to get started out with. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone! The only negative things I could say is that it might be a little too intense for some people and it could maybe have a few even lower settings. But for the most part if you can handle doing your workout, you should be able to handle this. After all, thats who its made for!

I bought this expecting a lot for the money and it was not great. It kept skipping over my back and did not do much. Maybe it is better on other parts of the body. My bob and Brad mini massager for 1/4 of the money did a much better job. They needed more attachments too. You only get 5.

It works great until it doesn't. I've had mine for five weeks, and the battery won't charge. Therabody customer service is non-existent. Don't waste $400.

I was excited about getting this but when I went to use it, it lasted 20seconds tops. Figured, well it needs to be charged. So I charged it, and after 2hrs of charging, it still only lasted 20sec. I went to read on how long it takes to charge and it stated 2hrs. So I just tried one last time. And again, battery was a dud. I returned it the following day and got a different brand.

Was so excited to receive my Theragun Elite. My device itself turns on and I love the functionality of the device. Feels great. However, I cannot get the screen to turn on. Doesn’t turn on when I turn the device on or plug it in. Not happy.

I was so excited to try out this product as I have been in the market for one for a while but could not decide, here are my findings. Hope this helps you decide. Pros: Nice carrying case: great for storage & safe keeping. 5 different attachments for customized massage 1. "Dampener" for overall use, 2. "Standard ball" for larger or small areas 3. "Cone" attachment for specific areas you want to pinpoint 4. "Thumb" for the lower back and 5. "Wedge" for IT bands. The LED screen tells you how much battery life you have left before you must recharge. It comes with a internal lithium-ion battery which lasts up to 120 minutes. LED screen also tells you the speed range, which ranges between 1750-2400 PPMS (percussions per minute). There are 3 built-in app-guided preset routines which is perfect for a person like me who is new to this technology. The Theragun triangle ergonomic handle masks it easy & comfortable for self-use. it comes with a 1-year warranty is nice since it is an expensive piece of equipment that will get plenty of wear and tear from continuous use. Cons: Only real cons I could think of were the handle is a bit awkward, and if you are tired, sore or in pain having to hold the clunky handle in odd positions is not ideal. The recharge time from a completely dead battery is within 110 minutes, waiting almost 2 hours is inconvenient and finally the price is on the higher end for this type of product, but overall, I would recommend it. If the price tag is not an issue it is a good solid & sturdy piece of equipment, especially for a person that will use it often, like an athlete or someone who needs relief from muscle pain or discomfort often. One last thing the device is not completely quiet but overall, I do not find the noise distracting or bothersome. This is by far the best device of this type and I do not think you will be disappointed.

I went through three different guns and we couldn’t get the battery to charge on any of them. You would think that with this being a known issue, the manufacturer would actually care about their products and fix the issue. If I could rate this with zero stars, I would have. #theragun #terriblecustomerservice
