Received a defective product. Batter will not charge (see other reviews with the same issue). Don't you guys test these things before giving them to customers?

Arrived dead on arrival. The battery doesn't charge and apparently it's a common issue. Returning for a refund

I never owned any handheld massager nor used any Theragun devices before. My very first handheld massager from Theragun to relax those sore muscles and joints. The build quality and design is impressive and ergonomic, light weight and powerful. The Theragun Elite comes in a nice protective case, with 5 attachments and the wall charger. Make sure to download Therabody app and connect to the device. You can use the app to guide you with the massage to focus on your back, body, sleep, etc., adjust the speed (between 1750 - 2400 PPM), update the device, or set presets for the device. I charged it completely before my first use. It took close to 2 hours to fully charge this and you get 2 hours of continuous usage time. The Elite is enabled for wireless charging, but it is not included in the package and you have to shell out extra to buy one. Coming to the noise part, it is not the quietest nor the loudest. It is a bit noisy if you are working on your neck/back area. You wouldn't notice it if you are watching TV or listening to music. The display on the device will tell you the speed the massager is running and the battery life. Overall, a solid handheld massager for daily use from relieving body aches and sore muscles to theraputic sessions.

Didn’t work. Never charged more than 0%. Awful. Most disappointing thing that’s happened to me all year.

The Theragun Elite is my third massage device and my first percussive one. It has features that none of my other massagers had. The Theragun Elite is my first rechargeable making for portability and ease of use, and my first OLED screen on a massager, providing frequency and amount of impact along with battery life (120 minutes) information. The OLED screen is located for easy viewing and has great contrast for readability. It is super quiet compared to my older massage units due to great sound isolation through advanced sound insulation. It drives deep into muscle tissue disrupting pain cycles and leaves me with relaxed muscles. It is light enough for extended use while still having enough mass to keep your hand from getting vibration numbness. The Elite has variable speeds (5) and multiple attachments allowing for a great combination of impact focus and pressure. It came with a nice protective carrying case making it great for travel with a full-sized handheld massage unit. This Theragun works with Bluetooth connectivity for integration into your mobile app functionality. Plus, it looks cool. The lowest setting was still way too hard, I felt it in my kidney. Also, it tends to jump around like a Jack hammer.

Charged it multiple time from different outlets. Had 100% charge. But wouldn’t turn on.

Had to return it due to not charging. I should have researched more about the battery issue prior to purchased.

Maybe the most useful piece of fitness equipment I've bought. After leg day it is the only thing I can do to deal with my hamstrings.I love the device and its multiple percussive tips, but I avoid the cone and chisel tips, because they can bruise you even on low setting.

Just wasnt for me. Im not a sports athleteoh well. Returned the item.

Case and packaging are great - feels good on muscles, but it’s quite noisy and heavy, so it can be tiring and difficult to use solo. App is a disaster - no real instruction or videos or tips for holding — it just points at muscles. Probably as effective as the $150 devices — I’ll probably switch to HyperIce because it’s easier to hold.

The app guides you through the massages the machine is capable of with video and written instructions. It takes care of the speed variables to get the most out of each use. It couldn’t be easier. The first thing I tried was the four minute foot massage and the heel pain I’ve been experiencing the past few weeks has lessened in one use.

This has been AMAZING for relieving tension! With working at home during COVID I have been having more tension in my neck and shoulders due to a less than ideal work setup. This helps work through the knots and tension without hurting too badly. It also feels great on tight muscles after working out. The percussive massage is super relaxing and makes me feel much more zen after using it.

I gifted this to my wife for mother's day, and it has been used every day since purchasing. This product does wonders for all sore muscles, and the different attachments give you the ability to really hone in on a specific area. It's done wonders for us.

Easier to reach all the delicate spots. For me, for self massage, it fits better in my hand than the Hyperice Hypervolt. I like that it came with portable bag unlike the hypervolt. They both work very well but I really prefer the Theragun Elite because of the ease of handling.

The theragun elite is an amazing massage device. Powerful and quiet, it delivers everything you could need after a long day of work or after an intense exercise session.

Very best massager especially if you need a deep tissue massage. Well worth the money and then some!

On a Doctor’s recommendation I purchased the theragun. Works great. Helps a lot.
