Amazing results
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Theragun Elite is a sleek, ergonomic massager. This is my first expererience using a concussive massager and I am thoroughly impressed by the performance and results. The Theragun is very simple to use. You're able to switch to different heads and different speeds for your massaging needs (I generally stick with the small round head and lowest speed). My first time using the Theragun I massaged my aching foot for a couple of minutes and my foot felt amazing! I didn't feel any pain for two hours! If you're concerned about how loud this device is, the noise is a lot quieter than I was expecting. My ultrasonic toothbrush is louder than this device. Overall I think this is a fantastic device.

Powerful, satisfying, and sort of quiet
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This massager is very satisfying to use. I got it because I recently had back surgery to relieve a pinched nerve. Strangely, my calf muscle became so stiff and sore that it became hard to walk normal at times (nerve damage?). I tried the usual stretches to try to relieve it, but nothing worked. A couple of minutes with this machine and I was finally able to get some relief. Even my wife loves it. She is always asking for a back rub, and now, with this, it takes very little effort ;) And when I use it on her back, it's so powerful that it literally takes her breath away. As far as massagers go, this is the first time I ever needed one, and this one is fairly quiet as far as I can tell. Of course it makes noise, but not an obnoxious amount. It did however make a lot of noise when I massaged my calf muscle while sitting on the couch and my foot was on the floor. It vibrated the whole room (very powerful), lol. There is one thing that I wish was different about this massager, and that is the speed settings. The lowest is 1750, and that still seems too high in many situation IMO. And I also wish you had more control of the speed on the actual massager. You get 5 presets. It would be nice to be able to dial in on the fly with the machine and not having to get your phone, open the app, and then adjusting the speed. Things I like: 1.) Powerful 2.) Multiple tips for specific messages, but the main tip pretty much handle them all. 3.) Bluetooth connectivity for downloading specify presets and fine tuning speeds. Things I don't like: 1.) Lowest setting is still too high for certain messages IMO 2.) Can be difficult to use on yourself, especially the back

Wow!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This massage device is quite intense. It definitely takes some getting used to. While some might consider it painful, the feeling after a session is amazing! The app connects the device to a smartphone and allows the phone to control the speed and intensity based on whatever routine is chosen. My favorite at the moment is the "Sleep" routine. In six minutes, the app directs the user to go through specific regions like the neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs, and feet. At the end, I feel so relaxed and ready to fall asleep. During the six minutes, there is no mistaking that the device is running. Besides showing what region to work on, the app also shows a timer for each area and a graph to show how well pressure is being applied to the person receiving the massage. I am also happy to note that the battery life is impressive. I can ran through multiple programmed routines and play around with varying intensities to target specific zones that need extra work. In that time, the battery only drops 25%. The carrying case is also helpful. It contains the device, charger, and all of the tips. One thing I wish the case has, is some type of cheat sheet to show what each tip does. I will remember eventually, but for now I have to look in the manual each time to figure it out. Besides the tips being unlabeled, it is a bit surprising to see that they are not extremely high quality. Some of them had small holes and cracks straight out of the box. From the beginning, this is an easy way to trap sweat and bacteria. I would not want to share the device with anyone other than a partner or spouse. In time, I fear that this will lead to odor if not properly cleaned. Just the holes / cracks themselves mean that they are going to wearout and fall apart sooner. While the sound levels have supposedly improved from earlier designs, this device is still a bit on the noisy side. It is fine to the people in the room, but it is still loud enough that I am hesitant to use this later at night when I might wake the neighbors in my apartment building. If I just happened to receive a bad group of tips from the initial production line, I would recommend this to a friend. The end result after a routine feels amazing. Compared to the time and money spent on professional massages, the Theragun probably pays for itself relatively fast.

Little loud but magical
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: App walks you through the massages Charges quick Comes with plenty adapter tips Lightweight Nice carrying case Cons: Loud Simply put, I love this thing. The app guides you through the massages the machine is capable of with video and written instructions. It takes care of the speed variables to get the most out of each use. It couldn’t be easier. The first thing I tried was the four minute foot massage and the heel pain I’ve been experiencing the past few weeks has lessened in one use.

Worst purchase in my life
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The worst of the worst. It broke down after 1 month of use, and it took them more than a month to replace my item. And on top of that I paid for shipping. This company is a joke!!!

This thing is a life saver!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work at a job where you have to stand for 8+ hours a day and depending on the task you’re quite sore after work. This thing is a life saver and helps me stop feeling sore. The OLED screen helps make it easy to find the right settings. As far as the sound that comes from it I didn’t really notice it unless you’re looking for it.

Compact yet powerful handheld massager
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never owned any handheld massager nor used any Theragun devices before. My very first handheld massager from Theragun to relax those sore muscles and joints. The build quality and design is impressive and ergonomic, light weight and powerful. The Theragun Elite comes in a nice protective case, with 5 attachments and the wall charger. Make sure to download Therabody app and connect to the device. You can use the app to guide you with the massage to focus on your back, body, sleep, etc., adjust the speed (between 1750 - 2400 PPM), update the device, or set presets for the device. I charged it completely before my first use. It took close to 2 hours to fully charge this and you get 2 hours of continuous usage time. The Elite is enabled for wireless charging, but it is not included in the package and you have to shell out extra to buy one. Coming to the noise part, it is not the quietest nor the loudest. It is a bit noisy if you are working on your neck/back area. You wouldn't notice it if you are watching TV or listening to music. The display on the device will tell you the speed the massager is running and the battery life. Overall, a solid handheld massager for daily use from relieving body aches and sore muscles to theraputic sessions.

Way too aggressive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The lowest setting was still way too hard, I felt it in my kidney. Also, it tends to jump around like a Jack hammer.

A must have for serious weight training.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe the most useful piece of fitness equipment I've bought. After leg day it is the only thing I can do to deal with my hamstrings.I love the device and its multiple percussive tips, but I avoid the cone and chisel tips, because they can bruise you even on low setting.

Amazing for Tension and Revovery!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been AMAZING for relieving tension! With working at home during COVID I have been having more tension in my neck and shoulders due to a less than ideal work setup. This helps work through the knots and tension without hurting too badly. It also feels great on tight muscles after working out. The percussive massage is super relaxing and makes me feel much more zen after using it.

amazing product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gifted this to my wife for mother's day, and it has been used every day since purchasing. This product does wonders for all sore muscles, and the different attachments give you the ability to really hone in on a specific area. It's done wonders for us.

Powerful and fits better in hand for self massage.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easier to reach all the delicate spots. For me, for self massage, it fits better in my hand than the Hyperice Hypervolt. I like that it came with portable bag unlike the hypervolt. They both work very well but I really prefer the Theragun Elite because of the ease of handling.
