Garbage.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garbage. Purchased from BBY in Nov 2021 - 3 years ago - and used - AT MOST - for approximately 30 minutes in total each week, the Theragun Elite I purchased for my wife died and there is no warranty support of any kind; no replacement, no repair option, and no discounted replacement or upgrade option (e.g. buy a new model for 20% off). For a company that positions their products for professional use, this is laughable. Our Theragun "Elite" was never taken out of our home, was always returned to the wireless charging stand (also purchased from BBY), and was never - not once - dropped or mishandled. My wife is an avid runner with 30+ marathons under her belt, regularly training for the next one. Theragun would have been wise to retain her as a customer, but we're looking elsewhere now (and abandoning plans to purchase other Therabody products such as the recovery sleeves my wife has been wanting for quite some time). Product quality is well below expectation and support is terrible. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Do Not Purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the TheraGun Elite - All-New 4th Generation. It is quieter than previous models, but make sure to do your research! After only a handful of times using it the battery failed. I now have a $400 paper weight. After contacting customer support, it took TheraGun over a week to respond and tell me that they can't replace the unit. I'd strongly recommend getting a device from a different company. For a premium product, they offer subpar support and a subpar experience.

Buyer Beware - Battery Defects
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great product; while it still works. Before you buy this, Google Theragun Elite and battery charging issues. You will find that there are widespread issues where the battery stops holding a charge; rendering the unit worthless. This should not happen with a $400 piece of equipment. Additionally, while it’s clearly a product defect with this model, there is only a 1 year warranty and the company will not honor anything over that 1 year. So ask yourself . . . Do you want to risk $400 for something that you may only get a year of use out of? There are so many other less expensive versions of this product out there now that the technology has been around for a while. After dealing with this dud; I purchased the Sharper Image version and love it just as much; for 1/3 of the cost.

Theragun doesn't support their products
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a theragun "liv" model in december of 2019. Just recently, the foam head that came with my theragun live broke. I've looked all over for replacements and simply cannot find any. I contacted theragun regarding this and they informed me that they stopped making attachments for all of their 3rd gen devices and that they no longer support these devices. Now I'm left with a useless 300$ device that I just bought 2 years ago. You'd think they'd help me out considering how recently I just bought this device. I'd avoid this company.

Won’t charge just after the 1 year warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t buy. We loved using it the 5 or so times we did. It’s one of those products that is great in theory, but you rarely actually use it. That’s our fault. It felt great. We pulled it back out after a while and were excited to use it, but it wouldn’t charge. It just shows 0% no matter how long it’s plugged in. Contacted customer service who started to help us, but once they realized it was out of the one year warranty, they they simply said so and were no help. I emailed back and got no response. It’s really disappointing that a $400 product only lasts about 5 uses and less than a year, and the company knows this. Google it. There’s a Reddit thread where lots of people have the same problem.

Great when it worked for 3 months - Dont buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in love with it as the actual massage dynamic is legit but then after 3 months, the device wouldn't recognize the battery is fully charged so it won't start or only will work for less than 5 seconds now. Have tried with multiple batteries. Theragun has the worst customer service. They make the excuse they don't have adequate resources to provide timely support but the device will break faster than you get a response from their customer service team. Go check out their official website.. they admit they can't provide service when their overpriced equipment breaks.

Good while it lasted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product while it lasted. Left on wireless charging base for a while then picked it up to use and the battery was dead. Now it won't charge and battery is not replaceable. Only got offered a slight discount from Theragun on a new one. Will be getting one with a replaceable battery next

No repair or service after warranty expires
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product when it works. Ours suddenly stopped operating - it seems as if the on/off button malfunctioned. Warranty had already expired. I contacted Theragun just to learn that they couldn’t do anything for me and that no repair was available. Poor customer service. More responsible engineering that allows for easy repairs should be considered. If you are in the market for a device like this, please look for a manufacturer that still supports the product after the warranty has expired.

Cheap/over priced
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These products are cheap for their retail price especially considering the poor customer service provided by the company. They refused to even help find replacement parts for a item that i bought just 2 years before. They tried to force me to buy a new gun while mine was under warranty. Garbage comany regarding values and costumer service.
