Purchased the camera before going on a trip. It works exactly as expected, was easy to install and and produces great quality images. Configuring the camera's options, or updating its firmware, require loading its microSD on your PC and running the supplied program. It came with an 8GB SD, but I installed a 64GB card for additional storage.

I looked at the many available models and brands. I just wanted a basic dah cam with good quality. The parking mode is great when traveling overnight at a motel.

Works great and very clear. There is obviously a large range in price points when selecting a dash cam but for the money, you can't beat this.

Bought as a Christmas present and have not had any problems. The video is crystal clear and it has good sound. Had to purchase a bigger memory card because the one that comes with it is only 8gb.

We bought the 1st two cameras after my son was involved in an accident. We used them to demonstrate how the accident really did happen, not how the deceptive person who hit my son and her so called witness tried to say it happened. We were able to prove that their version of the events were an impossibility and we win our case. We now purchased 2 more of these great cameras for the rear windows of our vehicles. No one should be driving without cameras. Dishonest people are everywhere and they prey in the young and the elderly. Get these cameras, you won't regret the decision. I refuse to drive without them.

The camera is decent if you put the sensor on the lowest setting or else it just goes off and saves every files that is a bump in the road and maxes out your SD card . Even on the second to lowest setting it records highway over passes and similar bumps. The Software is HORRIBLE! I just downloaded the latest release today 7/17/2017. It is deathly slow, hangs and freezes and I am running a new I7 desktop. It is not useable and you have no other choice and are tied to their program to manage your files. The settings for the date and time stamps DO NOT remain in the camera and change when you plug it in to the car. What good is this in court if your day and time are off by 12 hours or a day? SOFTWARE: Every action you click on: play, stop, open a new file is behind by at least 15 seconds. It's like using an internet product on a dial up modem slow. It saves MP4 video, but you need their software to play them - again worthless for court or sharing or just wanting to bypass the horrible viewing management software. The software would not allow me to save a file no matter how many times you click on it, but it did before the latest release? Do they use or test their own software? Who releases stuff like this? I should have listened to other reviews about the software because you are handcuffed to it and it is a show stopper. As much as the camera is ok and sound is good this is going back to the store.

This is a pretty decent dash cam specially for the price. I like the size a lot because it doesn't interfere with your view. My only criticism is that you have to purchase a second or more mounts to be able to use it in other cars. It would have been better if you can just transfer the unit from car to car.

I really like the small size of this dash cam. I've had it for about month and haven't had any issues with it so far. It's placed right behind my rearview mirror and is hidden from my sight. The device powers on each time I turn on the ignition. I don't even have to think about it. Great product.

For the price, you can't complain. The video is very compressed. At night time you can't get any details from objects farther than 15FT. For day time, you can get a little bit more distance maybe 20-25FT, but still, it is highly compressed with artifacts which make it hard to read license plate numbers. Overall it works great. I bought the GPS attachment online and added it to this which alerts me to traffic cameras and also puts down my speed on the video. It does continuously overwrite the SD card by deleting the oldest clip so that is great. Nothing to complain about, I've had this running for over a month now.

Daytime video quality is very good. Nighttime quality drops off in darkness but with some lighting around gets better.

Very sensitive to road conditions. Takes extremely clear pictures. Nice size, in that it sets out of sight in front of rear mirror. Works well with a GPS system.

I purchased this item for a motorcycle and in all fairness, it's not made for motorcycles. It has a feature that senses collisions and records a one minute segment to a different partition. Even on the lowest sensitivity setting, a small bump on the road triggers what it perceives as a collision.In a newer model car with a good suspension system, this would probably work just fine. The videos are nice and clear and the software is very easy to use.

Picture quality is good for price. Voice Recording very good. Easy to install and transfer video off microchip into laptop.

so far no issue. Only think i do not like is that the recording is in small clips which has cut some recordings in halfs; could benefit from option for longer recording intervalls

I'm not an expert, but this is a great dashcam for the price. There are obviously better cameras on the market that perform better which are a bit more expensive. However, for the price this little camera performs well and has neat features that others don't. Basically, comes down to the more features you expect, the more you're going to have to pay.
