So far it has been a good upgrade from the T300. Only been running it a week but no complaints. Decided on Thrustmaster because past experiences have been great. As for Best Buy ordering, delivery, and support I have had no issues. I have not had to call support but the product was easy to order and was delivered on time.

Coming from the g29 this wheel is a huge upgrade. The power feels like double the torque. Super smooth turn and not gear feeling like the g29 . The wheel feels amazing for rally racing ! I play vr so the size of the unit doesn’t bother like some .

Great if you are starting out or are on a budget. Quick plug and play. Don’t forget to update it on your PC first. Works better with a strong sim rig, however, it’s great that it comes with a desk clamp. I moved up from a G 29 to this and it is a big difference.

Great wheel for persons looking to get into direct drive. It is powerful, dont be fooled 5nm with the 10nm burst is great. It is very detailed for all road surfaces in GT7, Dirst Rally 2.0 and ACC on PS4.

Product is amazing when functional. I’ve gone through two power cords in the span of 1 month of ownership due to a weak design. Random disconnect Cost me multiple races.

Awesome wheel! The rim has a cheap feel but it is well made. It can be changed easy. Awesome Base! Perfect for Turismo.

The T598 is a great wheel for beginners. However the Direct Axial Drive feeling is not ready to replace Fanatec or Moza products when it comes to feel.

Was nervous upgrading my set up to this thrustmaster but as soon as I open the box I was thrilled with the product and how it’s completely changed the sim racing for me

good but i dont like the shape of the base, it is very very good though with its function, no problems at all whatsoever, so buy it if the design doesnt bother u, its good for rally and all but the base doesnt match with racing cars dash

Works perfectly with PC and console…steering is smooth and lifelike. Makes racing fun! Highly recommend…5 stars!
