Great vacuum cleaner. I got it on sale for $269 and it worth paying upwards of $400. Feels better than the dyson v8 and v11. More suction power, better features and better at both floors and carpet.

I've had several cordless stick vacuums over the years; most recently a shark stick vacuum which finally died, but I love this one. I've had it now for a few months and was hesitant at first because I did not recognize the brand, but after researching and finally purchasing, this vacuum is amazing. For the most part, I leave the setting on auto which is usually good enough about 90% of the time. I primarily have hardwood floors, but the transition between hard flooring and area rugs is seamless. Also love that two batteries are included whenever needed for longer cleaning throughout the house.

love it, makes such a huge difference in ease of vacuuming and time that you have to adjust to a shorter amount of time to clean rather than using the canister! Bought because it was top recommendation from Consumer Reports. Excellent value! The light on the power brush is a big help and not found on the Dyson

This is a great product. It’s the best cordless vacuum cleaner that we have owned. It has great suction and long lasting battery power for everything we need.

Really SUPER DUPER stick vac..Have been disappointed with several others, but this one really shines bright....So MANY attachments too...The battery life is OK, NOT GREAT...I normally have to switch to the 2nd battery to finish my apartment...That is my ONLY disappointment...Other than that, it's great...PLENTY of power....Easy to empty also....

I am not sure how, but it does collect a lot of dust. It’s great on any surface. This model came with a lot of different components you can use to ease the cleaning. It is perfect for collecting dust, but not so good with the brocken glass though. I also would like to mention the great service I got from Tineco. They are quick to respond to any of the possible issues. It is really valuable.

This is the best hand held vacuum I have ever had out sucks all others and the ability too swap out batteries is more important than you think. I have tried other brands Dyson for one no battery life and can’t swap batteries on the go!

Nice vacuum and works well. Came with nice accessories also. And the extra battery is major plus!

This is a brilliant cleaning tool. While a stick vac will never replace a true upright for absolute deep cleaning, this comes close. The included brush roll works well for both carpet/rugs and hard floor, though I would recommend getting the soft roll direct from Tineco. This is the first stick vacuum I've owned, but I've used Sharks and Dysons elsewhere. I would say this is on a par with Dyson for ease of use. Where it surpasses Dyson is the tool set that is available. Tineco has really gone out of their way to make a huge set of cleaning tools available for everything you could possibly need. Another place where this surpasses the Dyson (and this may sound like a nitpick, but I'm not sure that it is) is that it has a trigger lock. If you have large areas to clean, holding a trigger down is surprisingly tiring after a while. Tineco may be a relative unknown in the US market, but they make an amazing product and have amazing customer service.

Love this stick vacuum. It is not loud and it is easy to use the the main and several other useful attachments. It is light and quick to use so I use it more often than pulling out the big vacuum. The suction is good. It works best on hard surfaces, but it works well enough on rugs. I would not like it for our main level if it was all carpeted. It will not stand up on its own, no locking mechanism in the upright position so you have to lean it against something when you put it own for a minute. A nuisance, but not a deterrent. It is a wall mount so you do have to mount the hardware and set it up, but that was easy enough. I like the mount system and it is easy to access and store that way. It does have to be emptied fairly frequently, but that is also easy to do. It came with an extra filter and a filter cleaner. You can pop the used filter in the cleaner and run it. It stops when the filter is clean - another great feature. It does get dirty inside and you"ll likely want to clean it regularly. It is easy to do, but takes a few minutes. Overall, I love it so far.

Great cordless vacuum. Works as intended. Only complaint with any cordless vacuum is the tank size, wish it was slightly bigger. Overall would buy this again.

My old one broke used for several years, decided to purchase a cordless one this time. So far have been pleased with the performance. With the attachments it makes it quite easy to use on hard wood floor steps. Only have for a few months, so far so good!

I’m so glad I ordered this cordless vacuum. It’s an upgrade to my previous one. It has more power and the wall caddy holds all the tools, that’s a plus. The vac of a little heavy than my other model. I recommend getting this one.

I really just bought this item because it was on sell for black friday. It was cheaper than the dyson and offerred an extra battery. I love that it small and compact that i can ise it to vaccum jeep, and the house. Way faster and lighter than my last vaccum. Its a good investment.

This vac really works. It's almost embarrassing how much dust and hair this thing will vacuum out of what I previously thought was a clean carpet. I bought the Pure One S12EX as a quick convenient cordless, light weight, backup to our regular name brand, corded vac. Wow, were we surprised how well it works. It's now our go-to vac. Attachments are well made, and fit well. Battery life is very acceptable. Highly recommended.

This vacuum is fantastic. It works better than both my Dyson and shark. I love that it came with two batteries as well. I always have a fully charged battery .

I actually purchased this to replace a higher end stick vacuum that had died. It would no longer hold a charge. I was quite excited about this as it seemed to have every function I could want at a wonderful price, especially since it was on sale. And the review seemed really good. However, I ended up returning only because I was able to buy a replacement battery for my other stick vacuum. But once that runs its course I will definitely go back to this vacuum.
