This vacuum is fantastic. It works better than both my Dyson and shark. I love that it came with two batteries as well. I always have a fully charged battery .

Love this Tineco! It is absolutely amazing and makes cleaning easy and fun! I have used it at home and used it as a handheld unit to clean the inside of my cars. Definitely worth Ruhr investment. Did a little homework before settling for this product. I highly recommend it!

I actually purchased this to replace a higher end stick vacuum that had died. It would no longer hold a charge. I was quite excited about this as it seemed to have every function I could want at a wonderful price, especially since it was on sale. And the review seemed really good. However, I ended up returning only because I was able to buy a replacement battery for my other stick vacuum. But once that runs its course I will definitely go back to this vacuum.

Great product picks up all those little crumbs. Great thing is it comes with a spare battery for plenty of juice

Great vacuum, but it fills up very fast and the filter clogs easily.

I dread vacuuming because it can be tedious but there is also a physical aspect to it, schlepping a heavy vacuum all around the house, up and down stairs. Then there’s the frustration of plugging it in, trying to keep the electric cord out of the path of the vacuum and Switching plugs as you go from room to room, trailing a 25 foot long cord behind you. Well, you can forget all that with this cordless vacuum. Dyson might be the company that put cordless vacuums on the map but this Tineco takes the concept and does it better but for less $. That’s all you need to know.

No other vacuum sucks for as long. Very helpful and puts up a good fight with the husky

It seems to be working great so far be too early to give it a 5 star. I’m wondering why it didn’t come with enough places to stow all the extra tools that comes with it. It all hangs on the wall nice and neatly and holds 3 extra attachments but what am I supposed to do with the rest of the tools? There is one other thing to keep in mind is a power source. I ended up going in the attic and found a junction box and tapped into it. Then we were able to fish a wire down the wall and into the closet where we wanted to store the vacuum. Something to think of if you were building a new house.

Life changing machine! I have three cats and a Staffordshire terrier and the amount of hair it picks up and the dust is phenomenal! Super easy clean up too!

This thing is amazing worth every penny and quiet too

Love the light, rolls nicely and did a good job. My complaints are that the head is too tall, does not fit under my couch like my dyson did and it also does not go as far under things before the head lifts off the floor.

Tineco vacuum's iLoop is a game changing technology and Tineco went it all-in on technology in building this hi-tech vacuum. If you love technology, you would admire this vacuum cleaner on the amount of digital information it offers. Tineco has combined the robotic floor vacuum and high end vacuums functionalities and features into this Pure S12 EX model. If you are ready to splurge on a high end vacuum that can offer powerful suction and amazing features, Tineco would be the obvious choice. I just compared the noticeable features and main aspects of Pure S12 EX with respect to two other name brand stick vacuums that I own, which are also in the same price range Suction power: I felt that had a higher suction power than my other name brand one when cleaning the carpets with the direct drive tangle free power brush, but definitely beats my other ones on hardwood floor cleaning when using the soft-roller power brush. I liked the fact that iloop color changed from blue to red as I cleaned giving me some indication that I need to do multiple pass to pick up all the dust from my rugs. With a 500W powerful motor you have variable suction power at your disposal that comes in handy when cleaning your cars and trying to get into corners and crevices. I prefer to set the suction power on Auto and let the vacuum adjust the suction power in real time to clean various surfaces but did use the slider bar when cleaning my car as I wanted max power to suck dust and debris from underneath the seat and the unreached corners. I liked the fact that it came with a trigger lock (for continuous power lock) to keep the vacuum running which was very handy while I was cleaning my car and didn't had to worry about holding the trigger during cleaning, good thought Tineco! Cleaning: This is on par with my other vacuums when it comes to picking up fine dust, pollen, pet dander, etc. from my carpet, upholstery, and rugs. I can compare this to my wired high end vacuum that I usually use once a month to pick up the fine dust and pollen from my carpet and upholstery. I can attribute this to the auto suction power capability as I saw iLoop change from blue to orange/red when I was deep cleaning my rugs. This gave me an indication that I need to clean my rugs more often. Also, the powerful LED lights on the two powered cleaning heads are handy when cleaning under couches and beds. I prefer this one compared to my other vacuum when cleaning hardwood as it had rubber wheels and doesn't scratch my hardwood floor. Battery Power: It came with 2 Li-Ion batteries and I used one for about 60 minutes and still had about 25% battery left in it. Extended battery power is a must if you have to clean your entire house and the spare battery comes in handy for extended cleaning. My other stick vacuum's battery usually lasted about 45-60 mins max Accessories: Tineco came with more accessories than any another vacuum I ever owned (have 8 in total). I am a big fan of accessories that I can attach to the stick vacuum to clean my PC, Keyboards, air vents, crevices and corners, couches, etc. Wall mount is handy, but hate to wall mount the 3 different vacuums I currently own, so I chose not to use the mount option other than to charge the battery. Noise and Weight: This one is relatively less noisy than my other ones as I am not constantly running my vacuum on max power and this is super light compared to my Shark and weighs about the same compared to my Dyson stick vacuum. App: The app has some good information - shows the usage history, pretty much like the robotic vacuums app features, battery life, filter maintenance, etc. Definitely recommend trying this vacuum if you are looking for a high end stick vacuum that has better or on par features and functionality compared to name brand ones. I was a little skeptical when I saw the price tag on this vacuum but changed my opinion after comparing this vacuum against the name brand ones that I currently own. Can’t comment on the durability as I only had it for only a week.
