Works great on floors. I like the swivel and that it can fit under furniture. Charge holds well. Dissappointed that it does not work well on carpet. Not enough power to do a very good job so still need to pull out the other vacuum for the carpets. Will be going back. Too expensive to just use for hard floors.

East to use and great at getting all the pet hair up. I use on all types of flooring.

This is a great vacuum at a great price glad I called her on sale at Best Buy only

the max feature does not work. this is our 3rd tineco. they are generally good vacuums at a good value price. we have attempted to reach the company for a warranty exchange but it is proving to be incredibly difficult.

Used this project two times before it entirely quit working. Tried calling the manufacturer many times, 3 hours on hold with no resolve. Eventually took back for refund.

The return policy is suck for just 15 days if you have return policy you can’t return means no return after 15 if no policy or loose money if even have and passs the return time is not happy with it..

I bought this item earlier thjs year and j really wish i didnt throw away my box so i could return it. I bought this purely to pick up cat litter in my litter box room and ill run it and when i turn it off itll empty onto the floor. It wont pick up dog hair, its really just trash.

Not a great product, the suction is minimal I wanted something cordless and efficient unfortunately I wasted my hard earned money

I am unable to get this vacuum to work I even had a specialist look at it. Then my return date expired such a disappointment

This vacuum was a snap to assemble. OK, literally 2 snaps, the tube to the head and the power brush to the tube. This vacuum charges with a wall transformer. The vacuum package includes the vacuum head, extension tube, a full-sized LED power brush, a mini power brush, a 2 in one dusting brush, a crevice tool, a charger and a wall mounting bracket. This vacuum is very quiet compared to the ones I am accustomed to. At first, I associated the lack of noise with a lack of power, but I soon found that this lightweight unit has plenty of power. I vacuumed a 16x24 rug in our den that was vacuumed 4 days ago with a full-sized unit and was surprised to see that quite a bit of dirt was removed from my recently cleaned carpet. The full-sized power brush is low profile and swivels allowing it to get into low places that a full-sized vacuum could not reach. Being lightweight and having the swivel steer, I found it a little difficult to maintain straight lines on a large dense plush carpet. Next, I took off the power brush and extension tube and attached the 2 in one tool with the brush extended. After dusting a few tables and chairs I started on HVAC return air ducts. Not only did the vacuum dust the ducts louvers very well, it sucked out some large clumps of cat hair. I pressed the Max (turbo) button and found even more cat hair clumps. Both the large and mini power brushes worked well on our carpeted staircase. This unit is a pleasure to use on the staircase due to its light weight and lack of a cord to wrangle. I used the mini power brush, the 2 in 1 tool and the crevice tool in my cars. The vacuum did a great job. I did find the shape of the unit a little awkward in the cars tight spaces. The pre-filter can be removed for cleaning by simply pulling it out the bottom of the unit without having to disassemble anything else. There is also a HEPA filter. The bottom of the collection reservoir drops open with the push of a button to empty the contents. The battery is rated to last 25 minutes per charge. I haven't had any jobs that completely drained the battery. This vacuum is much more useful than the other lightweight rechargeables I have used. I thought I would just use this for the occasional spill and the automobiles, but I have found that it can do most of what a full-sized plug-in unit can. We both find ourselves using this more and more, upright and handheld, because it's much handier than the full-sized corded vacuum and does a great job.

Cheap junk just get a Dyson or a shark or anything but this

I bought this hand vac in order to vlean the car and i sm do happy with it. Battery life is more than enough got my use case.

Has no suction like I think it should have and I only have hardwood flooring! I hate it not worth the money.

Easy to use,clean mess really well, and charge last for a while. i haven't charged in almost a week and still work fine.

Suction is not strong. The max button stopped working after 3 months. Also clogged easily.
