Q: So many different models. Can you explain the difference between the Power Hero 10S, the A10 hero, the Pure ONE X Essentials and the Pure ONE X Tango? Thank you.

A: A10 Hero is the oldest model of the four but it's highly cost effective. PWRHERO 10S is a new version like A10 but there's only one battery light. Pure One X Tango just has one more soft roller brush and two other accessories than Pure One X Essentials.

A: I usually pull the filter out and clean the inside cylinder. It works great after that.
