Useless vacuum

You have to use all your strength and still doesn’t do the job and let me not start with charging this useless thing.I charge this vacuum for a whole day and it turns off and on repeatedly.Do not waste your money on this useless vacuum.

Contacted customer support multiple times and they will not do anything to help.
