The only issue I have ran into is that it will not let you put in an address that is on a highway. Like in my case, IH 35 that goes all the way through Texas, but you can't put in an address that is on the highway i.e. 9900 S IH 35, as your destination.

This has come in very handy for me as I am a driver for several car dealers.This device will take you to the front door of any US address you input. Turn by turn, voice directions and lifetime maps --how can you go wrong. Never failed me yet and I have used this over 50 times since I purchased it. From Virginia to Georgia to Florida to North Carolina it works.

Great device; easy to set up and use, corrects itself quickly if detoured. Recently used it on road trip up to Canada-no problems

VERY USEFUL PIECE OF EQUIPMENT EASY TO USE VERY COVINIENT

This is my second TomTom GPS; the first one lasted over 8 years before the screen stopped responding to touches. I've had this one for just over 2 years now and it's still working great. I get almost 2 hours out of the battery with the screen on at all times, but most of the time I keep it plugged in. It locks on to the satellites quickly even if I don't turn it on until I'm on the highway. There was one day about a year ago where it couldn't find the satellites, but I read that you could reset the unit by holding in the power button for several seconds, and after I did that it found the satellites right away and hasn't had that problem again. I have found the maps to be very accurate. There is no traffic feature, but otherwise it has everything you need to get from point A to point B.

A Great GPS. An easy GPS to setup and an easy GPS to use.

Had difficulty with my BestBuy account. It appeared that I had no record of a September 2017 invoice and received a $ 26 penalty. I paid off my balance and decided not to risk using my BestBuy credit card again.

I have had a previous TomTom nav device. My new car came equipped with a built in nav device. I sold my used device to someone who is still using it. I bought a second (used vehicle) that did not have an installed device, so I bought TomTom again. No sense worrying about how something new might or might not perform well. Just stay with something you have confidence in!

Excellent value combined with ease of use make this a gps to consider

We had an older version TomTom. When it came time to update maps, we figured it was cheaper to buy a new one. Besides getting our updated maps, the new TomTom has great new features, more options and clearer screen.

No complaints so far. I had an older version of this GPS that I purchased refurbished online. It lasted me for 5 years, .through living in 5 states and numerous cities. I was crushed when it finally died. The new version delivers great touch screen response and accurate mapping.
