Easy to use, free lifetime maps, and under $100. Good GPS

The unit is small, compact and very easy to use, right out of the box. Lifetime maps was definitely a plus. Did not particularly like the integrated mount arrangement but can live with it.

I chose to pick this up for the UHaul in my recent move across the US. Quite honestly, I couldn't have been happier. I think this even does a fraction of a bit better than the nav setups in my cars because it even tells you what lane to be in for many of the more complicated intersections. I don't recall a single instance of issues with this unit, and it far exceeded my expectations. The UHaul, on the other hand...

Cheap. Convenience to use. Correct. I will buy again if I need one more.

I bought this for my wife. I wanted an easy to read, and easy to use GPS. This model has a large clear screen, and easy to follow voice commands. Programming in a destination is simple. The mounting system offers choices. Although designed for the windshield, I mounted it on the dashboard. Much closer making it easier to read and reach.

Easy to program and easy to use. Good graphics and lots of features. I like the tracking of where you are on your trip.Simple to put in destinations into the catagories that you want. It even gave me how many miles from one destination in the Hawaiian Islands to another Island. Now if I could just drive there everything would be good.

This is a great tom tom. It tells me everything I need to know and has cool graphics and is much improved from the earlier versions. It has a split screen for when you are supposed to turn to show what you are supposed to do and what you are doing.

Had to get a new GPS for my car since my old one decided it want to not function properly. While I didn't own a Tom Tom before, I have read reviews about this one and since it was on sale I thought I'd give it a shot. I was not disappointed. I love the free updated on the maps, it telling me to stay in a certain lane for an exit and so far after a few days of travel it didn't mislead me to where I needed to go. I hope this last me as long as my old one.

This GPS is easy to use and has nice graphics. It remembers previous destinations.

I bought this as a gift for my fiancee. She was replacing the same brand that was stolen. She is very satisfied with it. Having been with her on road trips, I have also found it easy to use and accurate. Great product.

This is an awesome unit; every time I use it, I like it more. I have had other Tom-Tom units as well as Garmin and decided to go with the Tom-Tom again. The screen is a great size, the directions are clear and the unit is really easy to use. I especially like the voice active option! Overall a great unit for a really good price.

Purchased above product to use as GPS device. Works well; but was more familiar with Garmin. TomTom works slightly different but does the same thing. Has worked well so far.

Works great. Easy to use. Larger screen is wonderful. Lifetime map updates is very helpful instead of renewing every year. I like it lots!

I was surprised at the number of features included with this particular model considering that it was substantially cheaper than other units with similar functions. Easy to use, intuitive interface, reliable turn by turn directions from a brand you can trust.

1. Bought to replace a broken Garmin. This is not the product I went to Best Buy to get, they were out and this was the next choice. There overall availability of products was abysmal to say the least. Just used it on a trip. I will say it programs well, better than the Garmin. The voice is identical to the Garmin so they must use or share the same software. On the trip going out it worked flawlessly once we got it to find the correct state to search. Our bad on that. The reason it worked is this leg of the trip was to my daughters with very little small town travel, mostly freeway. Didn't need this really but I love the eta on these. It was on the way back I noticed problems. The biggest, in small towns it would NOT ANNOUNCE the street name in advance. Ex, turn 1/2 mile ahead on Smith Street. It says turn 1/2 mile ahead. OK, I'm not sure when in traffic and there are three places ahead to turn left which one is the correct one. I have a car to drive, can't be reading maps and watching the screen. Like the Garmin it would show the street name but in a small box on the right with small letters. Great for the passenger to read but the driver needs superman vision to read it. My Garmin presented a display across the entire screen at the top showing the street name. For this reason alone, when you need it the most in unfamiliar towns, this is where it lets you down. Funny, on major highways it says clearly; exit 1/2 ahead on the right, exit 257.

We bought this because we've had a couple of bad experiences with using the phone as a GPS. On our last trip we decided to use both and compare. Again, the GPS was correct and the phone wasn't. Lifetime maps seems pretty good, too

Bought this GPS primarily because it will likely be used in the U. S. as well as Canada. I originally looked at the line of Garmin but they only came with U. S. map. Also I have an older Tom Tom that has given very good service.
