Good but basic GPS

However it has basic features, not more advanced as I was expecting from previous GPS experience and from feature questions I asked in the store before purchasing. Good GPS but not as many features as I wanted.

The VIA 1515M is one of the more basic TomTom models - as you have mentioned, it does not have a huge amount of features and this should not be expected.
If you would like added things like Live Traffic, then I would recommend looking at the GO 520 / 620 models. Of course, the more features you add, the more expensive the device will be.

Their customer service is terrible. Their website is virtually impossible to use. Pay a little more for the other brand. You will be doing yourself a favor.

Kept losing the signal on I-10, battery regularly needed to be recharged, due to dimness of the light, unable to view clearly. ready to send it back.
