I just wanted a simple GPS with free updates. The product has worked great so far.

The unit selects pretty good routes. However, the unit loses the signal too much for me, this is especially frustrating when you are getting close to a change in the directions and you realize the unit is searching for a signal.

Great deal and value to help keep my friend who just moved here from getting lost

This machine is great, easy to use, works as expected , it would nice if it had connection to Google voice to enter in the address information typing in the address is a bit of a bother

Self explanatory and easy to use great product. Also how it stays on windshield is great doesn't fall off when driving.

I have been using the gps almost daily and everything has been great, they update often, which i recommend if you want the best experience out of it, very slim compared to a TOMTOM i have before, which still works but can't update anymore and bought this one day it was on sale.

My 87 year old mother traveled from Los Angeles to here, Delaware with written instructions. She and her companions got lost three times, thereby losing 6 hours of time they could have spent with me here in Delaware. I purchased the GPS so they would not get lost returning home. They were able to return safely with no incidents of "lost". When they pulled off the road for gas and food they were immediately redirected back on course. The only problem is having to purchase the map updates. Thank you. They are happy and I am too.

Took a while to get it set up but happy with the product. Need to streamline the set-up process and make sure systems are available when you need them. Once coded worked great.

The GPS processes the directions quickly. It found the information without having to sit and wait for the turn information. It offered a good screen size to place on the windshield.

Store is clean and people that work there are very friendly. Always asking if we needed help.

I have bought this item in the past and I decided to get a new one. It works absolutely perfectly never get lost

Been looking for a replacement for my previous Tom, this one came with lifetime map updates which is a big plus.

My husband and I have been taking small trips and it has been hard trying to read our google instructions as we are driving. We decided to buy a GPS and chose this one after reading the reviews. It was so easy to use and our trips have been more fun. Best purchase we've made in a long time.

My Tomtom gets confused by Manhattan beach area of California and starts to give wrong directions and u- turns.also by Pearson airport Toronto.

I bought this just before I went on a road trip and didn't have time to look at it until I got to Missouri. There were no instructions that came with the item. Somehow this town in Missouri became my start "home" and I could not get it to function beyond that when I wanted to use it. I was not able to use it on the trip and have not had time to look at it yet since I got back home; I'm not 25 years old any more and these companies think all this stuff should be intuitive to everybody and give us no instructions. I will have to find somebody to help me before I try to use it again. I'm sure once I figure out how to use it it will be fine.

I like it because i don't need internet connection, it give me the faster routes and where delays start.

Very useful for seni or citizen who cannot always remember places to go you won't get lost or be late anymore.

It is helpful for me because you can plug it in to the lighter plug in outlet in the car. The routes don’t seem to be the most trip time efficient. I probably would not recommend this version of the gps to anyone.

Very satisfied, geek squad very helpful too. Our old one broke and the geek squad explained the remedy.

I really like the lane assistance and the size is good too. The only thing I found wrong was I can not find the unit on TomTom's web site to update maybe the unit is to new yet.
