Updating the maps with the software was a nightmare and left me without any maps whatsoever for a period of time. It was useless. Their customer service was excellent and able to troubleshoot my issue. Ultimately, I decided it was too much of a hassle and I returned the product after using it for one road trip.

Had to return 1st one

Didn't work out of the box

The software wiped all the maps on the unit but continually failed to load updated maps. There was an unacceptable and ridiculously long wait time for phone support. Returned to unit for a refund.
