I had bought it for go to the canada, it's helped me a lot,

My only complaint is that its slower than the previous model I had.

This is my third Tom Tom and I am not disappointed!!!

This is just basic Navigation. No bluetooth connections.

The only thing I wished is that it had voice addressing.

Print on screen is too light and therefore hard to read.

It's just personal. Not suitable for business trips.

Bought this on Dec 10th, did not use it until Dec.26. Went to use it today and itwillnotcome on or charge. Will advise what Best Buy does tomorrow.

Slow at everything, way to expensive for what you getting.. finding addresses takes to many steps compared to older version, screen to dark on sunny days. Slow on redirecting. Didn't wow me for the price i expected a better experience

I bought this new TomTom because I left my older one at home while traveling on vacation. The new one is so slow and the maps have not been kept up to date. I was very disappointed in this new unit. I gave it to my daughter when I got home and went back to using the older version. This new one takes forever to locate satellites.

This is the worst piece of junk I’ve ever had. Doesn’t hold a charge. Randomly stops working while it is still turned on.

Biggest waste of money I ever spent, hard to use and most of the time you have to input address over and over. I was pulling into my driveway but this thing tells me I still have another mile to go, lol. Don't waste your money, I have an older TomTom and it works great but not this one. I put it back in the box and threw it in my closet where it will sit for about two years then I'll throw it away.

Never buy this , it's way to slow. I have one from 2004. And it's better then this one.

This Tom Tom GPS was lost! Did not have maps? GPS directions were in question, and a good idea to know where the GPS is directing your auto...you might end in a corn field.

Does not work great at all!, gives wrong directions, (Left or Right) too many steps to take to add address, does not remember previous towns for convenience, only remembers last town entered, lags, drags, and buffers. I wish I never bought it! older tom tom much better!

I had to return the 5” gps as it gave me the wrong direction and it seems like it was defective and I purchased a new garmin drivesmart 65 and love it

The volume on this GPS was too low and had to return. Purchased a Garmin and could not be happier.

I’ve owned Tom Toms since 2006. This model is by far the worst I’ve ever purchased. It is currently in the box and once I return from my trip I plan on returning this item

I did not like this GPS at all, the user interface is not as good as Tom Tom past products. Just seemed very cheap! Spend the extra money and get a more expensive one, I returned this and bought a Tom Tom Go 52, much better GPS!
