I have always used Dell at work and home. I tried The Toshiba this time. I will not go back to Dell!. Best Buy has a better service plan and stands behind their products. Plus their price is much better.

This little computer far exceeded my expectations,,,, For the price yoyu cant beat it and it a Toshiba on top of that

This is a decent laptop for the younger teen. My daughters use it for homework and several games with no problems.

This is a great laptop! It works well, has large storage capacity, good keyboard, beautiful touchscreen and long battery life. The cons are: sharp edges on the front and the keyboard does not light up.

Computer is fast, I don't have to sit and wait for it to come up. Still learning Windows 10, but that will come.

This laptop is good looking and a pretty decent one for the money, especially since I was able to get it on sale (about $100 off during the holiday season). It is not made for a "Power User" or serious gamers but perfectly fine for normal MSWord or MSExcel documents or Internet browsing. I took a star off because the keyboard is NOT backlit and the battery life is just so-so. Otherwise if you are OK with that, I would not hesitate recommending this laptop to you.

At this point computer is as stated. Quick start up, easy to set up. My son has enjoyed. Love the touch screen.

Like the touch screen alot but noticed the touch pad may have turned off and not to sure how to turn it back on

This laptop was purchased at a replacement for an older laptop. It came at a great sales price and has a lot of the features of laptops 100 dollars or more have. I am very happy with this purchase

Computer works well. Be sure that all the drivers are up to date. If not it will be difficult to stay on wifi.

I recommend it for people who want to use for work, studies, entertainment. It has all features for the price.

I was excited to get this laptop as I've had a Toshiba before and loved the screen resolution and size since I was doing a lot of publishing work at the time. I was very disappointed with this machine as it was smaller, yet heaver than my previous machine. It also could not keep up with the pace of my typing and I had to wait for it to catch up. The touch screen was almost too responsive as it would go to a file if my finger lingered to long over the icon without having to select it. It also had the same problem as my HP - it got really hot sitting on my lap. If it is a 'lap top' you should be able to work with it in your lap. Not so with this Toshiba. It would get very hot. I had to put the machine on a flat cutting board and put that in my lap to keep working without getting burned. The main reason I bought this was for the space, I couldn't resist the 1T of space and it looked like it would perform at a higher speed than my HP, which also made me wait for it to catch up and then would sometimes jumble the letters. To be fair, the HP was 10 or 12 years old and other than getting hot, it performed well for many years. I returned the Toshiba and got this Dell as a replacement. The computer is fine, but oh my goodness, with the new Windows 10 I can't find anything. I like the Dell but would have gotten something just a little faster.

Not a bad laptop for the price. Sure, there are better laptops out there, but this one will get the job done.

Laptop was very powerful and easy to setup. The touch screen is very helful for windows 10 operating system.

love the black finish on this laptop, also the built in cd/dvd drive is easier then carrying an external. Price was just right also. The touch screen made this the final reason for purchasing.

I like my new Toshiba Satellite. It is user friendly which is a must for me. The touch screen is nice too.
