Q: Can I upgrade the ram memory
A: Thanks for your question. The memory in this Satellite C55t laptop is not user upgradeable.
Q: Is it light?
A: It's not as light as an Apple laptop or a modern ultrabook. It's lighter than a higher-quality 15.3" laptop from Dell or HP that has a metal chassis or frame. But as with any 15.3" laptop, it's going to have some heft. It's also going to be big enough that you'll need a substantial bag to carry it. Because it has a plastic chassis, you'll definitely want a sturdy bag for it; it may not survive being tossed around in a non-padded bag.
Q: Can it smoothly run normal internet applications and gaming applications?
A: It runs very fast and smoothly. No lag at all
Q: How is the speaker sound from the laptop itself?
A: The speakers are pretty nice. They aren't the best. But they aren't the worst. They are pretty average. :)
Q: Is the operating system 32 or 64
A: 64 bit buddie almost all new computers use 64 bit faster still works with 32 bit software so dont worry and you can add alot more ram under 64 bit system
Q: Where does it vent (air out)?
A: There is a vent on the bottom as well. The fan and temp of the computer work quite well though as it doesn't tend to get too warm on me (even after hours of use) and runs very quietly.
