Easy to use, lightweight...graphics are great!! Still getting adjusted, but so far, I love it!!

I love this laptop so far! I love how responsive the touch screen is and the onscreen keyboard.

This laptop was purchased for my grandparents who only use it to read emails type documents and general light use. The letters on the keyboard are bigger which helps them see. Only thing I wish it had was a backlight for the keyboard other than that great for the use and price.

Needed a laptop for my high school aged son, so we looked here and on a few other websites. This computer fit the bill and was the best deal out there. Very satisfied. Note: Had a problem in the beginning with the computer not staying connected to the internet consistently. Called customer service, and learned this is a commonly know bug with Windows 10. The fix worked, and haven't had any issues since (two months).

For the price you can't go wrong with this laptop! It's got everything you may need plus some!

Got it for my daughter, she has been on it non-stop since Christmas. She digs the touchscreen.

Plenty of memory, touch screen, nice size and not to heavy considering the size. Easy set up.

So far I've been very happy with this purchase. I haven't had any issues and its easy to use

I am very happy with my Toshiba laptop. I am enjoying windows 10 and loving the touchscreen.

This is an amazing laptop and the funny thing is I keep forgetting it's touch screen which makes it even more amazing. It's fast and seamless when watching movies and I love the windows integration, makes it very user friendly. I highly recommend this laptop to everyone.

I really like this computer. It has lots of memory and I love that it has a touch screen.

I love it except the microsoft issues and it crashed twice since Christmas and the Bluetooth doesn't work to upload my photography etc..etc .. Touch screen is a nice feature but I always forget that I even have it..

Purchase this computer after my 10 year old HP would not work. Excellent service from Geek Tech Justin. Paid extra for installation and was very pleased with the service received from technician. Encounter problems with Printer, went to store, Manager Heather listened to problem computer less than one month old, contacted Geek Squad arranged for in home visit to " TROUBLE SHOOT PROBLEM: Excellent service

I had to replace my laptop in a hurry, having spilled a beverage over the keyboard of my admittedly aged one. When I rushed into Best Buy Geek Squad they advised me to wait a day and see if it recovered, but when it didn't, I went back, bought a replacement off the shelf, and Geek Squad was able to recover my data and transfer it to the new one. I am very pleased with the service, and with the new laptop.
