I have had a toshiba computer in the past and was happy with it. This one is good too and also has the touch screen. Best of all is the very good sound since I do a lot of media.

Daughter starting high school and was needing a laptop. Found this on sale the day after Christmas and she has not had any issues using it.

This unit currently is serving our customers and employees wonderfully as our point of sales software and other software are running great!

It's great it has everything I need for school it's fast with all the apps I use the camera is ok I've seen much better on other computers

I helped my dad purchases this laptop for my mom. She just needed faster speed for emailing and surfing the net. She had an old pentium processor previously. This was the perfect laptop for her as she does not use a lot of graphics.

Good buy for the casual user. Internet, social media and email are easy to access. I do wish it came with a free word processing program.

I bought three of these laptops-one for a grandson and two for simple office applications---tax accounting software and Quickbooks applications for small companies. I am well satisfied with a number of previous Toshiba laptops.

This is a great laptop for the money. It is easy to use. The case could be a little more solid. But for basic use it is a good laptop.

Great laptop, but the McAfee antivirus that came with it was for the wrong browser. $250 and a lot of red tape later, my laptop is now protected by Symantec. The laptop has been very functional for my purposes.

I purchased for work. It runs quietly and quickly. My only issue is when I'm trying to load certain Web pages they do not display properly not sure if it's my remote work access or the computer. Also it's a little heavy but not too heavy to carry. Love the touch screen!

It's a good laptop with a good price, the touch screen is not as sensitive as it is supposed to be but it's a good laptop in general.

Not writing this review on Toshiba because it will not open Verizon Email server. This is the main reason I purchased new Laptop for travel , lighter weight and smaller unit size. Space bar key does not work every time and I still can not get Email to open , on Ethernet cable nor wireless. All other internet works for opening sites but when trying to scroll down does not work so well. Back to the shop to have checked out.

Has alot of memory but again has trouble connecting to wifi.

have had a PC since '86, still unable to use this laptop to half it's capacity. dislike lack of usb and other ports i'm used to using; as a result, still using my 8 year old Tosh with a new HDD and WIN 7 very happily. Feel free to share with Microsoft AND Toshiba; the new machine is my fifth Toshiba portable computer...I really did not read its features enough before buying...PITA! dvd is on 'wrong' side...

Great laptop for the money so far so good no problems with it worth buying if your just looking for a laptop to do basic things on

We wanted a simple lap-top computer with a DVD player installed in it and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This does the job.

Exactly what I needed! This is a great laptop. Sleek and fast. I just wish it had better sound, other than that it is fantastic.

So far it's been a good laptop. I've had it for a few years now and it's still trucking along

I bought this computer for my granddaughter who is a freshman in high school in November at she used it for 3 weeks before Christmas break and she loves it and said that it saves her so much time in doing her homework.
