ok for simple jobs

The 1st one lasted 7 yrs...my best experience. # 2 worked well enough...only worked 4 yrs before it quit. My 3rd one is now one month old...a little slow with only i3 vs. two previous i5's - to be expected...my only complaint: the keyboard (not the onscreen [tablet] one) does not work - how disappointing.

a great deal on a great notebook

Not bad for the price, couldn't stay connected.

It would not stay connected or at times recognize any wifi signals both at home and at work. The product was returned and a different laptop was purchased. Best Buy was very good to work with and we had no problems with the transaction.
